he answered pretty fast to this batch. but its basically same case as last time, autoid is unreliable its not test p but nandrolone degradation product.

this test says "nandrolone degradation products"

but its literally npp + andro skeleton and not estro skeleton we would have in nandrolone.

just want to make sure its not a naming error and the raw have testosterone in it.

the hplc came back as 89% npp

I’m using well was using primal test e. I never get PIP from injecting. But the pip from this vial is insane. And 2 to 3 days after injection I have headaches and feel like I have the flu. The lumps from injection last for days weeks. Fair for me to make the connection that that’s what the issue was but this is definitely contaminated. You can’t tell me different. I’ve contacted primal. I wrote them for emails to no response and I’m hoping they will be honest. Let me know what’s going on or someone around here Thank you guys. Have a good day. His default detector is UV-VIS IIRC for standard UHPLC screenings. MS is an option but not standard.

How much more of a benefit will we see if we do HPLC-UV-MS?

You get LC separation plus MS detection. Same issues with GCMS. Have to confirm any tentative autoIDs. Have to ensure you resolve peaks on LC.

From chromatographic efficiency standpoint LC is big step backward from GC. That is why gold standard is GCMS with derivatization. $$$.

Targetted analysis for unknown impurities is a costly and time consuming endeavor.

GH testing is at a pause until someone resolves the legit lab/OPSEC/PERSEC issues. Given the amount of animosity around it all, I haven't pursued it further.

if kyc is a issue i can deliver packs with fake passport, same name etc. phone number will just be voip paid in crypto.

There's been a lot going on as far as testing in the UGL scene and I have lost some of it in transition and trying to look it up is very confusing , so maybe if you take the time, would you address what the "gold standard" for somebody that wants to test their finished oils? Is GCMS the way to go and skip the other tests? Thank you

GCMS had the promise of killing two birds so to speak with the GCMS to HPLC correlation that was being built for various oil matrices. Unfortunately that work was abandoned but good model exists for MCT if you dont want to buy HPLC plus GCMS on your MCT product.

GCMS gives you some insight into other impurities in the raw API and has successfully flagged oils that weren't what was claimed by vendor.

GCMS/HPLC testing on raws and finished oils the best we got at the moment.

We have a ton of MCT data. Too bad more folks didn't understand the power and utility of what was created. Makes the GCMS results for oils quantitative for API mg/ml instead of merely qualitative.

TLDR: GCMS calibration using HPLC-DAD results that is universally applicable to AAS commonly screened.

The issue is that there's quite a bit of contamination..
The 2 recent GCMS from Axle were both contaminated, making the model useless..

I haven't looked at those data points. Usually we can learn something useful from the "outliers".
