if your not a pro with a contest coming up why would you take a chance ? causing yourself problems without a really good reason is not worth it , what are the penaltys if you get caught ?, is it worth it ? plus once busted you will always be on their radar .

The metal in the pin will not set it off. Bottle top would. Ever think about pre loading ur syringes and take it that way in ur crotch if it's just a light pat down. No need for the vial then

I guess briefs, no boxers then? Would really suck if cap came off pin and you ended up sticking your nut. Might as well finishing the job and push plunger.

I have to go with @ironwill1951 here. It's ur job ya know. Big risk. Just take a big ass shot of test before u go. Should be fine till u get back. Up to u but weigh out the risks.

The TSA aren't looking for needles in a haystack, folks. They won't say shit about it, so long as you don't look like Fareed Zakaria, and are trying to place capped 2" pins in your carry on.

Put the pins in your checked bag, and take your meds in your carry on. A normal vial or two doesn't draw attention. Trust me, they're not looking for this.

International travel? Take only what you plan to consume in your keister, and don't return to the U.S. with it.

Lost luggage? ... you can get pins in most countries and states, pretty easy, but a handful require a script. Mail ahead for those.

Long trip over seas? ... it wouldn't hurt to mail some gear ahead of time, to save time looking, if your luggage is permanently lost or someone rifles through it.
