MF's Test Prop - 10 week Log

well it turns out I got a batch of the bad Test prop from MF!

The replacement test is coming friday, but until then I just have to laugh at myself for having injected grapeseed oil for the last 5 days and trying to convince myself it was working. But in all honesty I didn't feel anything and still don't. I don't have any extra energy or libido than I normally do. So when my new batch comes in, I hope to god it works and I can finally get this show on the road. Been eating like a madman all week, 250g of protein a day for noooooo reason at all hahahaha [:o)]
 
Dude sorry to hear this man, that sucks hard. With that said you seem knowledgable and know how to train, keep us informed bro! Were rooting for you!

Ariet guys I'm back in business! Took the new test prop today, felt great in the gym. As a side note... Jesus Mary and Pip my leg fuckin hurts from double pinning two days ago. Nothing unbearable but just enough to be a total pain in the ass. Anyway, had a leg day today and was able to knock out all the regular weight fairly easily. I guess that old test prop wasn't totally bunk, but most likely pretty under dosed (I pinned double on my last day of using it, seemed to work fairly well.)

I haven't taken c4 in a few weeks but started taking it again today... felt super energized. I think I'll stick to 2 scoops only on leg days for the rest of the cycle. Also, I think I'll adopt a more intense version of the push/pull I've been doing for a while. I'm going to add extra sets to what I was doing before and see how it goes.

I do 5x5's on my major lifts, followed by 3 hypertrophy sets. I still don't feel majorly different but noticeably more horny than usual. Eating/drinking this much protein is buuuuuuullllshiiiiit. I already hate protein powder (I have 4-6 scoops a day now at 24g a scoop) and everything at our housing diner buffet is usually nasty. Still hitting macros though :)
 
Update:

second pin of the new stuff today... feeling much more energized in the gym with the addition of this pre-workout. In a weird way, I almost enjoy pinning myself now... I just can't help but think "this is some crazy shit I'm doing right now..."
I never would have thought I'd be taking Testosterone I ordered off the internet and injecting it into my leg every other day... I'm terrified of needles by the way. Easily the scariest thing I've ever had to do that first and second time, but now it's no big deal.

I've found that doing a leg day after pinning makes pip completely nonexistant. My new bulking diet has me feeling/looking fuller and thicker. No noticeable strength gains from the prop, but most people don't report serious improvement for 2 or 3 weeks, so I'm not worried about it.

10lb PR on squats (175 for 5)
up in every lift today, energy is through the roof, vascularity showing through in my calves. I've never had veins sticking out of my legs before!

So far, I feel incredible. Confidence, energy and a feeling of relatively consistent happiness. Libido is sky high, almost to the point of obnoxiousness.

This has so far provided me with the motivation to push through my major blocks, and a viable way to attain what I feel I should already have attained. It's a huge confidence booster. No regrets, just GAINZ.
 
Could lower those macros... youre 160lbs. You want gains, not fat. I don't think I've eaten over 100g of fat in a day even on my bulkiest of bulks.

But you've only been training for 2 years. Two solid years? Diet? Training? Dedicated? Your gains will stay solid if you're doing it right.. but my guess is you aren't. Should definitely pay some dues before you try this route. You say you're an inconsistent eater also. I find it hard to believe you will make the lifestyle changes necessary to run a successful cycle. This "unbreakable" plateau you are at is due to poor eating and training habits man. If you can't dedicate yourself naturally then you sure as hell won't on cycle.

Yeah, I'd avoid AAS a few more years if I were you.. Just my 2 pennies

Much love ski, thanks for the advice brother. I do have training and diet down, whatever you might think from my age. I keep seeing the same comments on here about how people are concerned i dont have diet and training in check, probably dont know what im doing, etc. understandable to think that but im really not a typical noob dumbass lifter. My diet since starting has been flawless. What do you think the problem is with having 125 fat? You have to remember my metabolism is much higher than yours at this age. I maintain at around 3500!

I actually learned a lot from buddies i had in 3DMJ and guys from the Gymshark crew a little while back, and i have my personal training cert as well as being a kinesiology major.

I know my stuff man, Im a smart dude :) again I totally understand the skepticism and i was prepared for it, but i've got this bro.
