Mid cycle blood results/ Pharmacom

@MoneyShot I feel great.. I stepped up my arimidex to .5 EOD. I will probably go get bloods again in 2-3 weeks.

Good to hear man - make sure you're warming up your muscles real good before you start lifting heavy. Fuckin strained my tricep doing skullcrushers tonight...it's crazy man. I did a shit ton of shoulders, some light incline to test my chest, then 2 warm up sets of skullcrushers, and bam, third set got a real nice spasm in my tricep, almost right behind my shoulder. Literally strained my chest once in my life, and what do you know got two strains in the past 6-8 weeks (chest and tricep both on the left side)
 
As of today I'm up 15 lbs. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and had to take a whole week off. My diet was shit for that week and I didn't train at all. Was in a lot of pain. So even after that surgery mid cycle I'm still up 15 lbs
Damn I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled but am putting it off, lol. Yoou had to take a whole week off?? ouch. What were you able to eat during your recovery if you don't mind me asking!

@Drols yes I had to take an entire week out of the gym it was shitty. And all I could really eat was mashed potatoes, pancakes, pudding,soup, stuff like that... After the 3rd day I started to make rice and just swallow it whole I was so hungry lol

How's that strain doing??
 
Is this considered a good test level for that dose? i thought 7-10x was the normal. when i ran my first cycle i had 6000 test running 500 mg a week. Ill be running pcoms test soon and ill have to see how it stacks up. Maybe i just respond really well to test
What was your testosterone level pre-cycle? Mine ended up 10x, but my pre-cycle test was only 300 (3700 mid cycle). It seems like a good rule of thumb, but I have seen definite variation in people on posts here.
 
I feel good and am making great gains. So I'm a happy SOB. And if anyone ever considered using their cycle as birth control, don't do it. My girl is pregnant. I thought being on external testosterone was a very effective birth control but apparently not :/

Priorities change, but life is still great. Still invest in yourself and training. Working out is always a great way to release some steam :)

Life is great I have no complaints.. Just time to move on to the next chapter. Working out will always be a part of my life

@cdusgk91 congrats on becoming a dad man! I'd be pretty scared/nervous too, it'll work out great though

The tricep strain was pretty bad for a couple days, surprisingly doing alright now. I'm slowly incorporating flyes (ie chest movements that don't use tris) back into my workouts, low weight, high volume. Still skipping tris for a couple weeks. I'm updating my thread with pics tonight and gonna start PCT soon. Good to hear how you're doing man!
