Mid cycle vendor malfunction

Here i am beginning a cycle with a vial of test and MENT when the sales rep of my usual go to decides to accuse of being another customer who actually had a problem with them. Well I didn't have a problem then but I do now. The problem was I was accused of whining and complaining about a free sample when in fact I've never received one free item from Pareto. The sales rep expects me to buy on the clearnet for 20% more than I am already paying, fat chance.

I'm not here to waste time or complain about free samples I do what I can to protect the vendor and expect to be recognized correctly. There's nothing wrong with Paretos gear its top quality across the board.

I totally understand if the sales rep was having a bad day just understand that I have mine too and they usually start with false accusations.

TLDR
Whoever bitched about receiving a free sample fucked up my reputation with Pareto. They won't sell to me direct anymore therefore I need a more solid vendor.

Sounds like a shit show.. pareto is Canadian only correct? Jetlabs is canadian..was a valued member for years then went to starting his own brand.. I'd look into his stuff if I was Canadian..
