I always lived by volume is king, specifically when blasting. Yet, I’ve been cruising now for god knows how long. Blasting just doesn’t make sense to me, for myself, anymore.

Anyway. To the point. I’ve grown significantly better on my 175mg test U cruise by doing a very simple A and B routine. I’m in and out of the gym in half an hour.

As simple as this with my compound lifts.

3x3 @ X, 2-3 minutes rest.
3 sets to failure with 10 seconds rest at X*0.5.

A is Bench, row and squats. B is OHP, pull ups and deadlifts. Deadlifts stay at 3x3.

Just food for thought. I’m 37 if that helps.
