I just started doing shrugs with dumbbell curls about a month ago. Who knew how well it fits in!
 
I usually creep around the cycle log to see if there's any kind of new things I should try. I don't know how I missed this log, but you are killing it man! You were rowing 405!? That's insane. That's a goal of mine. I'll definitely be following this. Keep it up!

Who knows. Maybe you aren't too sensitive to estrogen. Judging by your physique, you don't look like you have high estrogen or water retention really.
Shit you're working long days and training... you got energy. Where does your E2 usually sit?

I have noticed on most recent bloods it sits around 40's

But I'm switching up asin dosage and will get bloods pulled again soon to see what that does I feel great when it is about 40's
