Milk Thistle

I've been told 1000 mg/day. This will cost me about $100 US/month which is almost 4x what my cycle costs me per month (Stanozolo). I live in Thailand and the Milk Thistle is imported from the US making it expensive and I'd have to take 10 pills per day to equal 1000mg. Any other options? Thanks fo any help.
Jeff

Milk Thistle should be widely available at any vitamin/herb stores.. I can't see how it would be harder to get if you are in Thailand.. I may be wrong but try searching google.com for an online vitamin store.. It's all natural, and should be readily available..

Shop online bro Im sure that you can find it for a whole lot cheaper. And if you cant Ill could be your supplier :D Just email me for a list on milk thistle and Ill make sure to give it to ya for a good price. God bless America.

at my local vitamin store they had 1000 mg pills for about $20-$25 for 90 pills. I recently bought 2 bottles of 100 tabs 250mg milk thistle seed(I'm told its better) for about the same price. If you can't find anything over the internet I'm willing to help out a fellow meso bro, just shoot me an email. Bj

are you wanting to help with liver? if so ala, liv52,cranberry pills and even juice. are good. should be able to find some thing.

Milk thistle dosage advise from LE Magazine December 2003 (Silibinin: The Herbal Extract that Protects the Liver). http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2003/dec2003_report_aas_01.htm

"The active ingredient in milk thistle extract is silymarin... Silymarin is not just a single substance: its a mixture of several flavonoids, including silydianin, silychristin and silibinin. Silibinin is the most biologically active member of the group, and is used alone in scientific studies."

"Researchers have not yet identified the optimal dose of silibinin.... Doses of 150 to 300 mg per day are considered sufficient to increase the livers production of the protective antioxidant glutathione, while 400 to 800 mg per day are needed in cases of outright liver disease."

You can buy about a two-month supply from the LEF for about $33 (using above dosage guidelines). I don't know if they ship to Thailand. If not, you should be able to find someone on-line who does.
