Can milk be drank instead of water for hydration? Usually I'll go though 3-6 litres of water a day but may switch a majority of it with milk.. Half a gallon of skimmed milk will also help with my super high calorie intake lol.

Geez it wouldnt sit to good in my gut lol i drink over 8 litres of water a day with my job i couldnt imagine how milk would make me feel hahahah

It would make me feel good lol. If I had the extra money I would drink a gallon a day, every single day. When im just sittin around the house after working out or getting off of work, I can easily slam 16ozs at a time. It doesnt take me long to go through a gallon. Some people say not to drink it in the summer on hot days, well being the person I am lol, I had to put the theory in motion. I took a gallon with me to work in the dog days of summer with the heat index well over 100. Drank nothing but that milk all day. To my surprise I had no problem stomaching it hahaha. Nothings better than slamming back a ice cold glass of milk. Great for bulking btw. Like I said if I had the extra money an what @Docd187123 said about it having water in it already, I would make the switch to milk from water in a heartbeat lol. Don't get le wrong though, when I get super thirsty an sweaty, nothing beats a ice cold glass of water. Ok another worthless post an rant is over;):D:p

Should be gtg. Milk is about 85-90% water.

I'd drink more milk myself, but I can't afford the extra calories, lol. :p
hahaha. milk is great for bulking but im considering lactose free milk over regular. drank half a gallon yesterday and it didnt agree with me (diarrhea apocalypse)..
