Yup so milos s. says the great Phil Heath will be doing the Arnold Classic 2024 in ohio. Personally I think this is bs I dont think Phil would prep for anything but the Olympia or Athleticon (if thats still going to happen) Phil said he would need a 1 million dollar paychheck to compete again (athleticon 1st place purse is a mil, olympia is 400k, arnold is 300k). I would love to see Phil compete one more time, hes 43 now so hes gotta do it soon. Anyway, what do you guys think? You think Phil will do the Arnold or is milos just stirring the pot creating some hype?

dude vic in 07 is almost unbeatable. jay was off that year too. bullshit. vic is a gansgter im sure they were like oh hell no he aint gunna be mr o. A lot of politics back then. I also had jay winning in 01

and besides, thats how phil preps. he starts his prep around 235-240 go up in weight to 255-260 and then bring it back down to 245-250. i think most his olympia wins he was around 245 he said. he said one year he was even lighter than that when he started prep and he said the heaviest hes ever gotten was 265-270 range and he was very uncomfortable so he never got really big in the off season after that said he didnt need to . also said he only used tren two preps and has never used insulin

I think Jay is crazy for not at least doing a guest posing at the masters. As a fan I would have lost my shit to see that.

Me too, I'm a huge jay fan I was in hs when he was competing so it brings back some nostalgia. That's why its hard for me to admit he got his ass kicked by victor lol. If anything I'd like to see those too face off again it wont ever happen tho.

yeah you can tell he just dropped to trt or jay could be totally off, he seems to not be addicted to gear like a lot of guys, they cant stop. look at a lot of retitred pro that are still big, well dex too but dex is ooold so i think these just want to be healthy now. You bet that all those deaths didnt scare jay a bit? Jay was a massive beast for like 10 years man he def shaved some time off his life so hes probably aware of that and trying ti gain those years back now imo.

I think there is definitely an argument to be made there, but I think it's hard to decide for certain phil vs Ronnie.

I think of Ronnie as the greatest, but I could definitely see sound arguments for Phil being better.

yeah man i think 03 ronnie vs 11 or 13 phil. god damn thats so close i think you would have to give it to ron just because rumor has it ronnie was 296 or some crazy ass number and phil was 243-244 i cant remeber. but the reason i have phil as the goat is because he never had any major injuries, he was also more consitant imo, shit towards the end ronnie had torn lats, torn quads, torn tricep, he was a mess. but phil was just so consitant man.

Jay's by far my favorite bodybuilder due to his character, and I think vic in 07 had the best all around look. Phil heath is definitely up there with his short little t rex arms, I bet he could bairly get his finger tips in his pockets lol.

haha vics pysique is more astetic in my opinion and yeah phil talks about his arms and legs being shorter he attributes that to actually being why he was so good. he said limb length is a lot in bodybuilding and i kind of agree. if you really look at ronnie and kai and some of the other guys they have long arms actually. Or maybe im being biased cuz i have longer legs and arms but i just see as more room for more muscle baby haha

Ur 1000 percent correct on that. That's y i was hating on his little arms lol I'm 6'3 with a 80in wing spand it's been a struggle for me to fill out.

My mentor an first real training partner told me the same thing hes said just be patient. Im not as thick as him due to limb length but it will come in time, an I have alot more space to pack on muscle.

It's just much more easy to pack thick dense muscle on a short ass limb, that's why lee priest looked so nuts.
