Minimum amount of time between cycles???

Hi guys, I'm researching how long you should take off between cycles, and there seems to be some differences of opinion among my sources. I was listening to an md radio show and one of the top trainers said you could just do your PCT and then get right back into it, while others say 2 months is just fine. Then, there is the old saying that time on = time off, or that time on + pct = time off. Others, still more time off. What I'd like to figure out is -- on average -- how long it takes the body to restore the hpt axis and resume natural testosterone production, provided that a proper HCG protocol (500 IU's per week while on) and PCT protocol (standard clomid therapy) are in place? Thoughts, anyone? I'd like to start my next cycle in about 2 months, and I just got off, fyi. Thanks bros.

PS- I wouldn't be asking this question if I hadn't started the research myself... the problem is that none of the research is conclusive, and no one seems to agree with one another.

Only bloodwork is conclusive. It will indicate when you have recovered from your AAS exogenous cloudburst of hormones. Recovery time will vary with individuals, but if you wish to do your cycles safely, you will fully recover your normal HPTA levels after each & every cycle.

Time on + PCT = time off is a good rule of thumb. Most users do need a tried & true PCT. Others pretend they don't. I personally doubt that anyone will recover fully within four months of a real AAS cycle without PCT, and I personally doubt anyone will recover fully within two months even after a good PCT.

To know for sure, do a good PCT. Wait at least six weeks, and get your bloodwork done. If it ain't back to normal, wait another six weeks, and so on.

Respects!

Thanks, Solo. Much appreciated.

I agree with solo...I also depend on how my body feels and my psyche....it takes a sound body and mind for a good cycle/lifting regimen....
