Mishka's way to MUTANT

Your German neighbor has a promotion running, might be interesting to you ;)
I am searching for a neighbour like this, thank you :) I’ll have an eye on it. I guess GH would be a game changer as I assume I am already using the right amount of gear and a good portion of Slin.

Any issues running high tren regarding sleep ?
and if you did fix it/have anything that helps with it i guess advice from some one running a gram tren is good for my 100mg dosage so i can sleep more than 6h a night lol!
I am laying in bed for like 8 hours a night - according to my CPAP.

According to my Apple Watch my nights consist of around:
24 minutes being awake
52 minutes of REM sleep
5 hours and 19 minutes of core sleep
38 minutes of deep sleep

Tho I am always feeling sleepy and hot all day long. Like when I am working or even gaming on my computer I have a hard time not falling asleep.

Taking caffeine almost every day just to stay awake and get through the day. Tho I am pushing food a bit at the moment - so I assume this makes me sleepy as well.

I do not seem to have serious problems with my sleep. But what I heard should help are:

Melatonin
Warm / hot milk with honey - even some extra honey.

I heard that the liver - on Tren - will burn through carbs and that’s the reason why it is so hard to stay asleep. I heard the carbs from the honey should help you to sleep. Not sure if it’s the case tho. I love honey with milk - so I just drink it - even if it would not help. lol.

Add a calcium channel blocker or a diuretic like indapamide and if you keep having a heart rate that is still high you should get ivabradine 5mg 2x a day to keep it below 100
I would rather see if you can get your hands on eplerenon to manage BP. more effective and less sides compared to thiazide-like diuretics like indapamid or calcium-channel-blocker. if you wanna add one use lercanidipin. but you would have to take it on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before eating.

I recommend you try to get eplerenon and go for 25mg once a day in the morning. Oh and please check your Kalium if you do so. 5,5mmol/l should be your upper limit on eplerenon. Do not start if your are already at 5mmol/l or higher.
Will I be able to have a string erection with that tho?
yeah thats not related to BP. It's the other way around. in fact high BP will destroy the small arterioles and veins in your dick which will lead to ED. So always manage your BP, boys!

Having such heart rate despite telmi and nebi is defo something you wanna adress asap.

What are your lipids saying? I imagine your hematocrit and thrombocytes are also elevated
Telmisartan aint lowering HR. Nebivolol on the other hand does.

Btw regarding BP and HR and sympathic activation @Mishka if nothing else helps you to control BP and HR you can try Moxonidin. Butbthats something you need to talk to your primary doctor about. you shouldn't take that without any supervision.

Well that was the point of going for a treatment using different medications as not just his RHR is very high, which i am sure you have seen in the context of the reply.

Sure thing. Your message only gave the impression that Telmisartan affects resting heart rate. Since this was the topic, I wanted to avoid others potentially using Telmisartan to lower their resting heart rate. That was not meant as an attack.

Aside from that, I wanted to suggest Minoxidil as a way to reduce sympathetic influence on RHR and BP.

No worries, just wanted to point out given the amount of gear 5mg Nebivolol alone wont do much and a sartan and perhaps 1-2 other on top might be needed. I believe @Sampei posted about a good combo of 3-4 a while ago utilizing different pathways to get BP and RHR down.

Just checked my Apple Watch, according to it my RHR is approx 89 from April 24 to April 25.

So it has always been this high - even while cutting.

i think this is rather normal, i was always 80-85 post steriods also while being underweight and skinny and its gone up to 85-90 on steriods. as long as its not above 100 or moving up slowly its what ever
