I'm in need for help from knowledgeable people, as I currently have explored all avenues known to me for this issue.
Doctors tell me they don't see what's wrong.
I've been suffering from low energy/fatigue for the past 10 years, with no apparent reason:
- all bloods come back normal
- all hormones are in range, test and free test are top of the range
- blood glucose is good and low
- I had candida overgrowth in the gut which I cured
- I removed all foods I'm allergic / sensitive to
- I tested for sleep apnea, I don't have it
- I have normal sleep patterns
- I train 4 days a week at moderate intensity between weight lift and cardio.
- Never taken any AAS
- Healthy diet with good amount of fats, protein, veggies, almost no sugars
- don't drink caffeine
- a gallon of water per day
My wish with this post is that someone could indicate me a path I haven't explored yet that could explain my extreme fatigue upon waking and my low energy levels.
It takes me a good 15 mins to wake up, and I almost can't wake up below 7 hours sleep.
I have huge dark circles under my eyes, heavy legs, and I don't grow muscles no matter how much I eat.
I cramp easily and get exhausted quickly during exercise.
