Missing package, the manufacturer does not respond!

I ordered on October 20th in a 1+1 promotion worth $2280. I received 2 package tracking, I received one on December 2nd, but the other one hasn't been sent since then and it doesn't seem to have started! I have bought more than 42 thousand dollars worth from this company in the past 3 years, it was always fair, but now it does not answer my messages anywhere! I would like to write to him here, but I don't have the right to write/reply to him! What to do?
