Yes sir. In fact, we specifically sent pre-made Caber tablets that we were getting complaints about to get tested. The labwork can be verified by Labmax’s team for anyone that may have any suspicions.
I’ve sent over 3k+ worth of replacements/freebies, for a product that was a 100% flawless. I mean we had sold over 30 bottles of Caber without a single complaint, and then suddenly within the same 7-10 day period two to three people ended up making complaints. All of them reported having bad nausea and vomiting. That’s less than 10% of the individuals that had purchased the product, so obviously I assumed that the product was fine, but rather these individuals were sensitive to the product. You will see as I go on that my assumption was right. Regardless, I offered these clients replacements and or purchase credit towards other items for the same amount of money that had spent on Caber. As soon as I did this for a few people, someone went on spamming all the boards that our Caber has huge issues, and I started getting emails from basically everyone that had purchased our Caber asking for free products. I obviously knew many were just looking for freebies, but I obliged and took care of them all. I had my suspicions that the product was flawless, but I am not one to put out a bad product and not make things right.
