Mistakes made first cycle

I have seen a lot of first cycle dos and don'ts but maybe someone will learn from the mistakes we have made.
My first cycle I started off with good blood work and strict gym regimen, but I started with hi blood press, and didn't keep my diet in check, after about 4 weeks I realized how important diet is.
The next time I will be ready, I've been doing cardio like a mutha and planning my diet about a month ahead.
Id like to see what mistakes others have done so we all can learn from this.

By mistake you mean you gained weight or lost it? and most importantly what got you out of track in the first place out of interest

I didnt think my blood pressure would go up so much and my company tstarted making overtime 12 hr shifts , I'd get one day off every two weeks to grocers and just wasnt prepared for the calorie intake.

So next time I will have a better battle plan.

My mistake was starting at too high a BF percentage, was around 13-14%, at the end of year long natural bulk. Being my first cycle I totally underestimated the huge weight gain that would come, packed 20 pounds on in the first month. Because of my higher BF% I then had to change from a bulk to a recomp in week 6. So my cycle has ended up a 6 week bulk into an 8 week recomp/cut.

Next time I wont start a cycle before Im under 10%, preferably around 8%. Then lean bulk all the way.

My mistake was not listening to some good advice given to me here on meso. I was bragging about running tren a at 700mgs per week with very little to no sides, well that shit caught up to me last Friday. I fucking snapped and almost got divorced, broke my iPhone5 and almost wrecked my jeep. Yea so guys pleaded don't run tren a at 700mgs per week. Lmao. You live and you learn. The good thing is that it wasn't tren e!

I took an AI every day during my first cycle.. it was the one I bought off of RUI so I was dosing it wayyyyy too high since I didn't know what the proper measurement was back then.
Needless to say, thyroid hurt like a mofo.

If your blood pressure goes up...go to the Dr and get on blood meds

I've tried the strict diet..didn't work

Tried natural supps...Garlic, Hawthorne berry...didn't do nothing for me

Went on Losartan and im GTG

if your BP is high prior to starting AAS.... you shouldn't start to begin with.

if it raises during... more then likely its dose related or from E issues and bloat.

controlling those issues will lower it over time...

a good cardio program while on cycle will help manage excess water and potential BP issues...

contrary to the above... is Tren. I have hit a stumbling block with this compound. Neither clean diet, low dose, and cardio is keeping the BP from raising. Therefore, I have discontinued its use permanently. When I was younger I was not susceptible to Tren causing the increased BP that I have noticed the last cycle.

hope this helps.

Beezil when you say low dose tren even at like 150mg a week?

Beezil when you say low dose tren even at like 150mg a week?

that's what I ran my last cycle at. 150mg test prop... and 150mg tren a... and 150mg Mast p

I ran 8 weeks and then dropped the tren... as BP was climbing. at a high level for me. Not too mention my resting HR is around 42bpm... and it was around 86 when on Tren. Walking a flight of steps.... drove it in the 100's.

I finished the remainder of the cycle with Test and Mast... after 2 weeks my BP dropped remarkably. Probably because I was able to do cardio again.

hope this helps

the biggest thing is trying it at lower doses and making changes after paying attention to specific indicators.

BP and lab work are some indicators... but straining to do normal activity is another.

in addition, some things you wont be able to tell without lab work... this is paramount to lessening damage that could be going on.

sluffing it off is not safe.

So your mistake was that you had high BP? anyways having a lil High BP is just part of the game, as long as u don't havve it for months at a time you should be fine.
