50 Years old
5’9”, 3 years on TRT, working out for 5 years

Diet:
2,500cal, 45P/35C/20F until I reach 9% BF, then will increase 500 cals per week and see how it goes. Rather be lean

- 14.5% BF calculated with skin fold method. (My avatar is me last summer at 9% bf)
Will be using Omron Body Fat monitor but only to gauge BF trend

Notes:
o Workout: skipped working out today. Office meetings went on until late. Also had to skip CPR recertification for the Fire Department :(

2/23/16 – Day 2 -Weight 181lbs 14.4% BF
o 10mg Dbol
Notes:
o Workout: Push Hypertrophy. Not a great w-o. Felt kind of week, only at 80% :(

2/24/16 – Day 3 - Weight 180lbs 14.4% BF
o 100mg NPP
o 10mg Dbol
o .25mg Anastrozole
o 25mg Proviron
o 250iu HCG
Notes:
o Gear: feeling a little tingly at nipples.
o Workout: Pull Hypertrophy
 
2/25/16 – Day 3 - Weight 182.6lbs 15.3% BF
o 300mg Test E
o 10mg Dbol
o .25mg Anastrozole
Notes:
o Gear: 25g needle not working... Need to try 23g. I massacred my butt trusting to push the shit out :(
o Workout: Pull Hypertrophy
Note: worked out at 6:30am. Strength still at 80%, wasn't too satisfied
 
2/26/16 - Day 4 - weight unknown
- 150 mg NPP
- 10mg Dbol
Notes:
- Gear: that's it! I'm done with the 25g needle! Tried warming up but didn't help much. Got some 23's will try Sunday
- Workout: took the day off and went skiing. Legs workout :)
 
2/27/16 - Day 5 - weight unknown
- 500 iu Hcg
- 10mg Dbol
- 25mg Proviron
Notes:
- Gear: looked bloated in the mirror. I'm still at calorie deficit but I think I'm retaining water
- Workout: skiing today too. More Legs workout :) one more ski day though. No legs workout for next week...
 
2/28/16 - Day 6 - weight 185lbs

- NPP 150mg
- Test E 300mg
- Dbol 10mg

Notes:
- weight: increased 3lbs even on a caloric deficit. Water retention?
- Gear: pinning 23g a bit more uncomfortable but less damage :p
- Workout: morning ski then drove back home
 
2/29/16 - Day 7 - weight 183lbs 14.5% BF
- Dbol 10mg
- Anastrozole .25mg
- Proviron 25mg

Notes:
- weight: feeling "heavy". Although integrating with fiber, high protein diet makes me constipated.
- Gear: feeling bloated, no definition
- workout: early morning push strength training. Still not at 100%. Starting to wonder if it's the Aas....
 
3/1/16 - Day 8 - weight 182lbs 14.5% BF
- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 10mg

Notes:
Weight - finally got rid of some of the "weight" :) and feel slightly less "full"
Gear: feeling slightly less bloated. Minor PIP at injection site barely perceptible
Workout: early morning pull strength. Finally feeling strength coming back. Great pump

Notes:
Weight - stable. Was expecting a decrease taking in only 2,500cals
Gear: bloating almost gone
Workout: no time to workout today :(
