Mitigating sleep issues on trenbolone

I'm already stupid so jokes on you
Hahah, actually laughed!

What do you suggest for sleep besides Seroquel and benadryl?
To be sure, doxylamine (that's in Unisom & NyQuil) & diphenhydramine (Benadryl, ZzzQuil) are very effective but come with a great deal of those side effects (slow, dumb, hungry) as H1R antagonists.

Trazodone is probably the "cleanest" & most effective drug that is used off-label for sleep; no grogginess, should feel rested and awake the following morning.

Seroquel, too, will make you hungry if you're using that stuff regularly (i.e., fat). I admit to relying purely on one person's anecdote for my suggestion that it could serve this task above. I will not die on the hill defending it by any stretch.

So basically, any drug that can force you to sleep in the throes of insomnia is going to come with risks and side effects. But on balance, the occasional (as needed) use of any of these sleep promoting agents is less harmful than how we use AAS, sometimes in combination with rhGH, clen, thyroid hormone, etc.

doxylamine and melatonin didnt really do anything for me. i dont sleep like i used to and thats just on trt dosages too. tren doesnt really make it any worse but it can still be bad. im not joking here... but the tren does get me hard alot and that wakes me up several times so i call that the tren alarm clock. jerk off and usually just pass back out. most nights ive been sleeping great.

Agreed on Trazadone being a good choice.

From my understanding of the little research I’ve read, Trazadone mostly keeps a better sleep architecture than hypnotics and definitely benzos.

“The present meta-analysis focused on the effect of trazodone on sleep architecture and found that trazodone could increase TST and reduce LPS, but has no effect on SE. It is mainly because trazodone may play a more important role in optimizing the internal structure of sleep, such as reducing N1 and NAs, and increasing N3. This effect has more advantages than the currently commonly used hypnotics, especially benzodiazepine sleeping aids. At present, it is believed that many hypnotics could reduce N3 and REM sleep, mainly increase N2 sleep. And most of them have the risk of excessive morning sedation and damage cognitive function35,36.”

Interesting... I get RLS like a motherfucker with Trazodone if I fail to fal asleep within 30 minutes so I tend to avoid it like the plague and hadn't considered it for others.

Is anyone here who was able to mitigate sleep problems on trenbolone with additional compounds like DSIP or something?
Yes there are issues I take a simple prescription get from my Dr and it's not a narcotic. I sleep like unbelievable I feel very well rested in the morning. I've always had sleep issues of falling asleep even if I'm tired but this within 20 minutes of taking it I'm out and I wake up when I need to wake up and I feel great in the morning I'm sure nobody else is going to recommend this The name of the prescription is Trazodone 100mg , 1 pill before you want to sleep for the night. I hope that helps I know it will if you go this route. In order to get it all you have to do is tell any doctor in person on the phone or telemedicine that you having trouble sleeping and you want this specific prescription They won't question it cuz it's not a narcotic.
