Shipping is always free. There is no minimum order amount to receive free shipping. All orders are provided with a tracking number via email. EU tracking numbers are usually provided within 1-2 business days or less. UK and US tracking numbers usually take 2-3 business days to arrange.
We offer free reship if your order is not delivered within 30 days or if you receive a seizure letter. Parcel seizures only occur when shipping internationally from our warehouse in india. We don't have these issues when shipping domestically e.g. EU to EU, UK to UK, or US to US.
