Mom of 3 and cancer

A frriend of mine has 3 kids (2 of those are twins that turn 1 year in august)

She has been diagnosed with cancer somewhere around her stomach, idk exactly where. Theyre not able to cut it out so she has to undergo chemo

Is therr anything else she can do, change, take or whatever to help slow the process of the cancer spreading??
Anything please

Cbd oil, change in diet - no carbs/sugars?
Any advice please because this hits hard

Nothing is going to cure it, so don't buy into anyone's propaganda.

That said, a friend diagnosed with stage four lung cancer last year is now in remission. Went full organic vegan and cut out processed EVERYTHING.

Took it easy, kept stress to a minimum, and kept spirits up despite being told he'd likely be dead before his first was born.

So...its anecdotal, but it probably can't hurt. Though dropping the amazing multivitamin that is meat doesn't strike me as a great idea personally, especially when being pumped full of poison.

But I'm just a dude.
