What is the most effective way of taking oral steroids?

- on a full stomach
- on an empty stomach
- up the arse, suppository style (not much differnce between orals and suppositories anyway. The french take most meds this way they say)

I want to be sure I'm getting the max for my money.

I don't take dbol without an apple, or meal. I never take those without some type of food. D-bols on a empty stomach for me causes problems down the road for heartburn.
I've used A-bombs, primo tabs,halo and winstrol tabs and never had any problems while applying the same principle.

IPs website says "chew them", but I think that might just be because of the way his pills are made (hard to digest).

I like to crush them into a very fine powder then sniff them through my nose, works well, burns just a little, I do the same with all my pills, I like the vicodins what a rush.

Break up your dosage throughout the day. You ought to take it on a full stomach. Of course you should be eating 6 times a day so your stomach will be full most of the time. Surely you're joking about taking it as a suppository - then again I guess that's one way of bypassing the liver.

O man,i was joking about taking in the ass,but i have no doubt the french like it that way
I didn't read your whole post,so i missed the french part. Take them with grapefruit and only break up the dose if they are short halflived.

put some viagra in the vico mix......oh what a feeling........throw some clomid in the nose mix......i become johnny long shot.

up the nose.....only way to go.

split your dosages into two times daily am and pm - always take them on a full stomach or with food as it slows the absorbtion rate and delivers a steadier dose of the drug to your system

just downed some GABA, some Test herbal crap "TestroneX or something" and a ~4mg of Anavar. Hot stuff!

Took it on an empty stomach before reading this, oops Skin's on fire.
