Im looking for something to take before training to increase training capacity and energy. If you could pick one which one would it be and why? Also if there are any other peptides that would work well for this list them.

Neither Mots-C nor Nad+ is some “take it 30 minutes before the gym and turn into Thor” situation.Im looking for something to take before training to increase training capacity and energy. Are you talking about LipoB and LipoC?I remember an injectable based on choline and carnitine that might be exactly what you are looking for, the name of the blend is or was kaioken
I've seen these blends over the years, always curious, never tried them though. Have you ever gave any of them a run?Are you talking about LipoB and LipoC?
Nad+? Great for the whole “cellular health” conversation. As a pre-workout boost though? You’re probably going to feel absolutely nothing… except maybe proud of yourself for being biohacker-approved.
I've given both NAD+ and MOTS-C a trial run. I did notice a benefit from MOTS-C from a cardio standpoint and not tiring as quickly and being able to run a bit longer/easier than normal. Besides that though, I wouldn't say either are a compound to take before a training session to feel anything noticeable. NAD+ I would say I noticed increased energy/alertness when I was running it first thing in the morning while fasting during my last cut. As the answ3r and fozzy53 said, more of a long game and under the hood type of compounds to have in the stack.
I love NAD+ but when using like that, it makes nothing to me.Those are both compounds that some people feel immensely and some people don't. Im currently doing both morning pre workout (4mg motsc EOD and 50mg NAD EOD on the opposite days) and I don't get much of a noticable boost from them. Going to stop both soon once the vials are out to see if there's much difference not being on them and reassess from there. They really are more "under the hood" type of compounds anyways but some people will say they feel them immediately.
I have a kit of Lipo C I'm getting towards the end of and I can't say it gave me a noticable energy boost pre workout. Like everything else Ive tried, heard lots of testimony of it giving people a big boost and then it does nothing too noticeable for me.I've seen these blends over the years, always curious, never tried them though. Have you ever gave any of them a run?
MOTS-C lowers mTOR over AMPK which is good to lower Insulinresistance but to sum it up your body uses more fat and less carbs as energysource.Im looking for something to take before training to increase training capacity and energy. I just want to point out that MOTS-C and SS-31 play are completely different in their way of action.Nice testimony.
I was very surprised to see that SS31 was FDA approved.
As far as I know, NAD+ is more “cellular renewal”, as @The Answ3r mentioned.
The reason I bring up SS31 is because both SS31 & MOTS-C are supposed to be the “mitochondria enhancers”.
I can’t think of anything like NAD+ as I don’t have experience with going that deep, but as far as something like MOTS-C or SS31, I’d say COQ10 / Ubiqunol.
