MOTS-C vs L carnitine

What do you expect from them? I still got a ton of l-carnitine and kits of mots-c left. Never got anything out of either. L-carnitine just made me feel warm. Nothing from mots-c and I megadose everything I use lol...Not even worth the hassle of injecting for me.
I think those work for those who have poor mithocondrial efficiency to begin with. I seem to respond super well to most mithocondrial efficiency stuff. rn methyline blue + Carnitine is great. more energy, better focus, better pumps and slightly improved fat loss.

If you already have good mithocondrial function you might not get much from this stuff
 
motsc and l carn go great together, stick to IM shots shouldn't have much pip if any at all aslong as your stuff is good
I think Mots-C subq is better, you get the irritation but you don't risk anaphylactic shock. doses of 5-10mg of mots-C IM in some people can cause anaphylactic shock. it's usually better to do either minimim of 2-3 weekly doses if not everyday for mots-C

yeah you should be doing daily shots or just on days that you need it and I wouldn't recommend exceeding 3mg per shot just for the reason you mentioned
