MOTS-C vs L carnitine

Toughts? how well do SSAs MOTS-C work do you think?

Or is it better to order carnitine injections. the reddit posts sounds very positive regarding mots c

Mine not ssa, yurapeptide

Bought motsc and ss31

Tried motsc first, felt no difference, 1 mg

Waited a day, did ss3. 2.5 mg
Tingles in feet after 40 minutes, toes, knees. Fingers.

Did cardio the next day and it was like my recovery speed, not stamina that had been restored. But it translates into stamina when you train cardio.

Was on testosterone before, but kept getting injured when strength went up. The recovery was like specifically odd. It would be better for delts but not lower back.

Went off test 1 month before mots c and ss31

However, all my shots are together with 3iu hgh before bed. Not preworkout as some recommend. Have upped the dose to 5 mg just to feel more tingles.

I had bad mito since 22 yo. From the drugs the doctor gave me for knee surgery. Inhalation anesthetics, benzo and injections. 3 in 1.

After surgery i kept feeling like I couldn't heal. Doc gave me sulbutiamine. Few days ago i found an old bottle. I threw that shit in the trash. There's multiple occasions i would lose vision and vomit after heavy squats.

Now it feels like all that shit is fixed with this ss 31 + hgh combo, but too later in life. At 45 yo. No big celebration. No one to impress except myself. But thanks china, for your biochemistry tech.

My cardio keeps increasing, and still no sign of major fatigue.

So tldr, no feels with motsc, major feels with ss31. If you were damaged by drugs, it will fix things significantly.

The other day i did 5 sets of 12 reps chin ups with short rest. That's 17 year old me stamina.

What do you expect from them? I still got a ton of l-carnitine and kits of mots-c left. Never got anything out of either. L-carnitine just made me feel warm. Nothing from mots-c and I megadose everything I use lol...Not even worth the hassle of injecting for me.

Curing brain fog, more energy for work and gym. Wich vendor of mots-c did you use?

L carnitine is a pain in the ass to pin IM, not worth the scar tissue for minimal benefits
I just did subq and it didn't hurt or sting, but it swole up like a bad mosquito bite and hung around for 3 days.

Thought about IM, but sounds like its no good too

Taking injections of l-carnitine in my regimen (only 250mgs) and getting major insomnia. Even tried pinning AM rather than pre-workout.

Definitely need to inject IM. Sub-q usually results in welting. I used to use it 20 years ago for spot reduction prior to cardio. You’ll need to put a heating pad on the area where it’s swollen.

Add a few grams of potassium, its needed when using supps that ramps up methylation

When using l carnitine, is consuming carbs to trigger an insulin response vital to its efficiency? Or could you take it for fasted cardio and still reap benefits?

A good carb rich meal is enough 80-100g carbs is more than enough for a proper insulin response unless your pancreas is fucked. Carnitine levels go up over time, if i do cardio the next morning i would take a shot in the evening with the last meal

you could do both no problem. I've started carnitine recently and I'm really liking it. eventually might even add mots-c for even more energy but rn carnitine + methylene blue are working great for me

I started it recently and taking it fasted I felt a very tiny improvment in energy when working out. Taking it after food (even just 30-40g of carbs) was way different, gave me a great pump, amazing mind muscle connection, more "grit" to push myself and I was sweating like a pig in the gym

I'm doing IM with 29g needles and doing fine. if you rotate injection sites and massage it with a massage gun you shouldn't get much scar tissue
