Much lower test results on the same vial?

So I have been running 200 mg/week test cyp split mon and fri from a source here that has 20 ml vials since February and previously pulled 1200tt off that in March (48 hrs after pin), e2 sensitive was 13 at that dose and 17 when I retested that only in the end of April. 8 weeks ago I added in 350/week tren ace and 80 mg p5pb6 per day, 4 weeks ago added 50/day anavar, did bloodwork with prolactin about 72 hours after my test pin and got 646 tt, e2 was 36 and prolactin 2x out of range. I'm suprised at the low test number, a 24 hour difference should not have halved my test level. Any thoughts?

Nope, do it at room temp.... there isn't any way you could get a different concentration of hormones as you use a vial without it crashing right? I should have done the bloodwork at 48 hrs vs 72 but that isn't enough time for levels to fall by half on test cyp.

Levels shouldn’t drop much .. I’ve done it a few times longer than 72hours .. numbers still in range ..
I ask about if you heat the vials because it will Change the strength of the hormone

Post the previous results too.

Start by focusing on results rather than testing as variety of factors, such as the effects of protein binding, influence absolute lab values.

More importantly perhaps, cease the hyperprolactinemia pursuit as data supporting a connection between AAS and prolactin approximate zippo!

So you think a change in protein binding could have caused the low total test results? That is my main concern really.... nothing about my test dosage changed from that previous bloodwork but the numbers are very different.

The numbers are what they are and the cause is irrelevant ---- move on to results

Results have been decent, this was my first tren run and I lost a significant amount of body fat and managed to get a little stronger. Side effects were much more mild than I had been led to expect.
