Overall, a very good article on squatting. Lots of info from alignment to muscle recruitment, injuries and results. Good stuff.

I'm glad someone said something. It was loading really slowly for me. I thought it was just an add for wraps and vests.

Excellent info.

I've got a friend whose always complaining about his torn miniscus. That's his excuse for everything from not mowing his lawn to not squatting. I'll have to send him the link. :D

I tore my meniscus and dont have any problem squatting. As long as I dont jump or do other bouncey movements, then Im good to go. Tell your friend hes a pussy. :D

I've heard that a miniscus tear is one of the easiest ligament tears to recover from. It was like two years ago anyway. He is a pussy.

This is generally a great magazine and Dan Wagman is a smart guy. He used to post on Mel Siff's board a lot and definitely knows his stuff. If he says it, it is probably correct.

JDUB. What's up with all the imposters? We've got JBub, JShrub's, I got a PM from a JScrub (or something like that) wanting me to sign up on another board. Will the real JDUB please stand up?? :D
