DAMN !! You did dips with 225lbs ? I thought I was strong in the dips .NOT. I use a 80lb dumbbell for 20 reps and the gym stops to look, lol.
Yeah bench dips not parallel bar dips. Heavest ive ever gone on those is 2 plates. More for chest imo with those. Bench dips really builds that rear head and gives your triceps that crazy hang. I should get someone to video 5 plates, 6 reps per plate, drop set. The burn is sick bro.
