My 1st cycle and looking for input and advice.

2 iu's a day should be fine for a long term run. Are you using it primarily for your joints, to lean up a little and for sleep improvements?
 
Yes exactly. Basically all of the "Youth Clinic" and anti aging benefits. I am hoping the higher dosage during cycle will aid in new tissue, leanness and recovery, plus the clinic type benefits.
 
Does anyone have any experience with IGF-? I've read that it can help hold on to gains when added to PCT. My training partner may add it to his Test only cycle. Any thoughts or would I be better off starting a separate thread?
 
Made my appointment for a complete physical and pre cycle bloodwork. I plan on starting my cycle on 5-11. My thanks to everyone who offered advice and encouragement. If anyone is interested, i can post results as they develop?
