Hi Meso brothers,
From the UK, Im in my mid 20's, 6ft tall, always was slim built, and lifting properly 2 years, my diet came into play very well a year ago, Ive never counted macros, ive always simply used my brain with diet.
My goals long term are to pack on some lean mass, the cliche mens fitness physique in the short term, any results would make me happy. I train hard, eat lots of cleanfoods (and shit) and I take ym gym time veey seriously.
Quit drinking a year ago, ive had maybe 2 small sessions since.
I just wanted to dip my toe in PEDs and see what the fyss was about, admittedly curiosity got the better of me on this one.
Its always a topic that has fascinated me.
On to my cycle log... here goes..
Test400 1.2ml 1 x Week
6ft tall, 81.4kg (179LBS), 25 y/o
Injecting on sundays
Slight cold & cough before 1st jab, but went ahead anyway.
Not calorie counting, but getting in 4+ large balanced meals a day (using common sense)
Daily drink 4+ Litres of water
Needles are 0.6mm to draw, 0.5mm to inj, im not sure of gauge conversion.
Week 1
Self injected in right glute, bloody difficult! Needle was pivoting on entry point when I tried to find a way to place my hand to inject. Forgot to aspirate..lesson leant. Injected very slow, no pain, 1 drop of blood, held alcohol pad on for 10 seconds and no more bleeding. Overall, fucking nightmare.
Monday
Seriously sore glute & limping, heat flushing before falling asleep in the evening, not sure if this is related as i was already under the weather.. Of all the information online and from family, no one told me about the doms on injection site! Damn that shit hurts. (Later found out what the defenition of PIP is!)
Tuesday
The same, but I can sit down properly now. No swelling/bruising or inflammation/heat..winning. Pissing like a race horse. Cant put my weight on the glute yet when lying down in bed.
Wed
Still cant put too much pressure on glute. Not sure if i still have a cold or experiencing side effects from jab. Medicating on 1200mg asprin in 2 split doses.
Thurs
Still recovering on glute, feels better but still some pain. Not sure if its psychological, but my appetite has gone to shit, i prepare a full plate of food, i eat half of it... an hour later im hungry again, super small portions. Usually i can eat like a beast.
Nothing adverse, glute is better, cant "feel" a thing which is to be expected.
Week 2

Having a friend jab me today, jabbing myself was just too awkward initially.
Jab was easier with another person, I prepped and she did it, other than the nerves all went well.
Mon
Regular soreness building up, had a great session at the gym (Chest day)! Felt a very intense pump, throughout and enjoyed some drop sets toward the end of the workout which I don't do too often.
Tue
Cant bloody sit down properly yet again! Training back&bis today, praying I get that burn like I did yesterday, felt amazing!
Wed
Walked into gym and my back went, long term problem but never like this... doc advised I take a month off gym (Lol!) Prescribed anti inflammation tablets "Naproxen"
Took the rest of week off gym, fucking unbelievable.
Week 3
80.7kg (178lbs)
Just jabbed, right glute, all went well apart from dropping the needle, so changed that and all went well.
Mon
Decided to go with a source who seems to be doing well here so ordered some Dbol and more Tamaxofin, considering running dbol mid/towards the end of cycle for 4 or 5 weeks.
Wed
Noticed a hard swelling just next to my tailbone (Injecting side) Slight pain, apparently its just fluid buildup from the jab, slightly concerned as its never happened before and its a good 4 inches from where the injection was..
Thurs
More research on the hard swelling lump... doesn't seem dangerous, and hasnt got any worse overnight. Still feels weird when walking, feels like a pressure against my trousers, the tender area is slightly smaller than a golf ball size, will massage this tonight and hope for the best.
Week 4

Mon
Injected 1ml Test400 & 1ml Eq 300 left glute right before gym 5 min massage the glute, walked to the gym for a change..10 min crosstrainer then hit the weights, MUCH less Pip!!
1st week ever I had next to no pip.
Dbol delivery 1st Feb! 25mg from the UGL.. Started around 37.5mg , 1/2 tab at 12pm and 1 tab 1.5hr pre workout and the pumps a few days in are great!
Nothin new to report aside from some nice strength gains.
Week 5
Pinned so late monday at 11pm.. staff event until late, so pinned, massaged (for ages) and straight to bed..
Back & Bi's today, forearm pumps are AMAZING! Tight back but no dbol pump pain. Just feels so damn good. Extra vascular too!
Wed, pip isnt half as bad as I expected, would have been better if I went for a walk on monday but it was too late. Forgot to take the bol to work so ive done full dose 1 hour before workout.
Week 6
185lbs (84kg)!! Weight is actually going up finally.
Injected Monday, forgot to aspirate (again)...feel like a fool but damn ill get used to this..
Had a friend watching who was supposed to help me inject the glute, but she got too scared at the last second..
Used my 0.9mm to draw for the 1st time and it was so much easier! Less bubble build up in the barrel like usual, injecting seemed extra difficult this time round, so much pressure on my palm that some of my fingers went numb!
I was told that some of it was actually leaking out of my glute.. is this normal? 1 inch needles, i really dont get how possible that could be, injecting took well over 90 seconds, maybe to 2 minutes.
No PIP, ive got used to this now on inj days, I walk to the gym (1 mile) 10 mins cardio and walk home after workout, helps tremendously!
Super happy that my weight is up!!
Week 7
187.2lbs (84.9kg) Test mix finished so now injecting TestE-300 at 1ml
Had a mate inject me, so much better having someone else injecting! Typical monday walk & cardio.
Tuesday no pip!! Didnt go gym today, checked out a new gym i am considering, great facilities and quite cheap.
Been noticing my heart seems to be beating very heavy the past few days when im in bed... went to the pharmacy to check blood pressure, perfectly fine. Heart rate is normal, so continuing as normal.
Changing my gym split so I have a full day on arms, I've been splitting back & bis / chest & tris up til now... figured a change would be good for me.
Week 8
Not much more to say, everything is molding into a big blur at this point on cycle, just training hard, eating loads and getting on with life.
Week 9
85.9kg (191.8 lbs)
Injected right glute, by far the best injection so far, minimul PIP every time so very happy! Finished the test mix on week 8 so now im on 300mg test enanth & 300mg eq.
Riding this mix for another 7 weeks (or until its all gone) so give or take an extra 2 weeks.
Nervous about getting my PCT right but the theory makes sense.
Thoroughly enjoying arm days now, the pumps are unreal, but very painful forearms, doubled over after many sets.

Am yet to weigh myself this week.
I've just been enjoying the journey and not thinking about blogging to be honest..
Up until week 10 I could feel and see a difference in my training, the iron I was moving increased steadily, and my bench is currently my favourite...considering I was on such a low dose cycle overall, bench improved from a difficult 8 reps of 60kg to a solid 10 reps on 80kg!! I have acheived a 3 rep on 10kg which im very proud of.
I can appreciate this is probably warm up for a lot of seasoned users, but this process has truly been amazing, most importantly I've learnt a hell of a lot more in 14 weeks than I learned from all the months of reading pre cycle.
Everywhere I go im getting comments from friends and family that I havent seen in a few months, I'm probably giving you guys a blast from the past from your experiences once upon a time.. it's an amazing feeling, and I really wasnt expecting half of what I've acheived at this point almost 4 months later.
I think the placebo effect of knowing you have it in your blood helps the focus and aggression also, kept motivated and took 1 lighter week mid cycle.
To summarise everything up until now,
The strength shot up from the 5 week dbol and stayed.
I became leaner and my upper body filled out very nicely
Vascularity is still brilliant and I've been off the eq for weeks.
The bad, severe forearm pumps and joint pain in the elbows.
Now the part where im gonna get flamed... I've already picked up my next cycle, im going for the old and proven NPP, Test C&E and Dbol kicker.
It'll look like this
Week 1:
2ml Test E (1 ml from my existing bottle to frontload)-1ml test cyp-1ml NPP
Week 2-10:
0.5ml test e&c (150mg e - 100mg c) - AND - 1ml NPP x2 EW
Weekly 500mg test
400mg Nandrolone
Week 1-5 Dbol at 50mg ed split in 2 doses.
Im heading straight into this cycle for 8-10 weeks. Sought advice from someone close to home, long term user and bodybuilder...I asked if Ishould take a few months off or go straight in...I went with his advice to get my real bulk for summer and beast it out starting now. I've never been big, so I'm very excited to see what the coming months have in store for me.
Pct is ready at hand for when I come off.
at present I am at week 14 and will be going a total of 28 weeks on the whole cycle.
