i know the risks of these drugs, so save the lectures lads, what i would like is some input on timing protocols, food choices & training.... i dont drink, dont eat shit i work in the gym indusrty and looking to step on stage next year, have a solid foundation which im looking to build on.

i will be running test,deca,gh & slin. done my research and had a lot of help from some of the lads here, starting monday so just wanted the thumbs up last minute.

training 2 days on 1 day off
day 1: chest,triceps & biceps
day 2: quads,glutes,hamstrings & calfs
day 3: REST
day 4: shoulders,triceps & biceps
day 5: back, hamstrings & calfs
day 6: REST
REPEAT!

AAS USAGE:
750mg testosterone enanthate a week, 500mg deca durabolin a week & 50mg anadrol a day pre workout & .5mg arimidex EOD will be pinning mon/thurs.
HGH & SLIN USAGE: (slin training days only)
4iu's pharma grade GH (humatrope) 2iu's am & 2iu's pm
12iu's insulin (humalog) 6iu's am & 6iu's pm

DIET & DRUG PROTOCOL:
6:00 black coffe
6:10 2iu's HGH
6:10 6iu's humalog
6:10 40g dextrose, 40g whey iso, 10g creatine & 10g bcaa's
6:30 150g oats, 120g blueberries, 150g lean steak
9:30 150g grilled chicken, 250g basmati rice, 100g broccoli
12:30 150g grilled chicken, 250g basmati rice, 100g broccoli
15:30 150g grilled chicken, 250g basmati rice, 100g broccoli
16:30 TRAIN - post training it takes me about 35 minutes to get home in which im sipping bcaa's
18:30 2iu's HGH
18:30 6iu's Humalog
18:30 50g dextrose, 50g whey iso, 10g creatine & 10g bcaa's
19:30 250g 5% lean mince, 150g brown pasta, chopped tomatos
22:00 250g total yoghurt, 25g whey iso, 100g oats, 20g almond butter & banana

do i look good to go lads, any slight tweeks with timing's etc etc & would i be better off just pinning all the GH in the am ? like i said boys i know the risks etc im going at this carefully believe me. i dont think one has to abuse steroids to the point they dont get results anymore so they turn to gh and slin, all in moderation.

Interesting thread, will keep an eye on this.

That is a structured diet! The steak at 6.30am made me smile, there is no way I have the dedication to follow that.

I am sure some of the others will be able to help. The only question I have is how any previous cycles you have under your belt and what they looked like. You may also want to either up the test or reduce the deca, but you may just want to start with this and see how you respond to it.

I wouldn't recommend spiking your insulin with the dextros until after your workout. Looks like your doing it twice before you work out. IMO
 
ironwill - im saying personally i think rather than evenutally running 2g test, gram deca 600mg tren shit loads of orals to get the same results as test alone would of given me at first id much rather keep my steroids a moderate level and try new compounds at a low dose.
painko - probally 150lbs eating 4 meals a day wondering why your not growing :) .....
rufneck- im only have my PWO shake after the gym followed imiidiatly with my gh & slin.. if that what your suggesting yea ?
