Seeing you’ve ran several different brands I’m sure you’ve also ran it several different ways. Morning, night, split up during the day, eod, ect...
I’ve done all in the morning, split up twice a day, eod, and before bed.
First thing I want to do in the morning is eat lol so I didn’t like morning pins. Split up twice during the day seemed to just be an inconvenience. Eod at 6ius at once just didn’t fit my schedule (try not to pin on weekends due to my kids being with me). So as of now I just do mine before bed (3-4ius) 5 on 2 off and seems best for me. This is my first go with gh and I’m really enjoying it.
I’m just interested in hearing pinning schedules you have tried and what you have found that works for you. And if you think a certain way is better than other ways and whatever else knowledge you have on this subject, if you wouldn’t mind to disclose.
