I do this because then on chest day my shoulders and tris are getting a second day of indirect work
on shoulders and triceps day my chest gets some indirect work
and on back day my biceps get some indirect work.
so within a 4 day span I’m hitting most muscle groups twice.
I got this split from a protocol used by victor martinez
I do it this way because when I do push pull legs I don’t have the energy after big muscle groups like chest and back to go full effort into triceps and biceps and shoulders.
Any advice? I typically to 4-6 sets for about 3-4 exercises per muscle group
