My Daily Diet

This is what my daily diet consists of. In no particular order either.

Weekends I usually eat the canned foods for breakfast lunch and dinner. Weekdays I eat the eggs for breakfast

5 hard boiled eggs
Oatmeal
Canned chicken
Canned tuna
Canned green beans
Bananas (3-4)
Greek yogurt (2-3)
Protein shake
Rotisserie chicken (not so much anymore )
Brown rice

Lunch and dinner are the same. Canned foods.

I’ve noticed more body changes eating the canned foods. Not sure why exactly so I switched to them a while back and dropped the rotisserie chicken.

Might start introducing brown rice and pasta more often as I only eat brown rice with dinner if I don’t forget to make it.

Cheat meal (rather a snack because I only
Eat it after I eat my planned canned meals for
The day ) double cheeseburger plain and a milkshake.

There is a lot of sodium in canned foods. But I drink a lot of water throughout the day and never had any issues.
