My Epistane Andro log (Iron mag labs)

I am curious, have you had any bloodwork done while running DMZ? Did it have a negative impact on lipid levels or Liver Enzymes? Thanks DD
 
Look forward to the log and thanks for the tip on the shrugs. I still use the tip you gave on long negatives on the calf raise, it works.
 
Update: looking dryer these past couple days, and fuller as well. I have eaten off the diet just a tad because I have a big test coming up this on Friday and I just don't think clearly when I'm dieting too hard, hasn't hurt me though. I trained my legs yesterday, felt like I was able to push a little harder through the sets but still too new to tell
 
No prob bro, glad you like them. Everytime I see some guy shrugging 500 lbs I just shake my head, the traps are smaller muscles, no reason to use that much weight. It's all about pulling it as high as possible and holding the contraction

This is how you get traps that look like they come out of your ears....if only I could get the baby cows to match :mad:
 
Aggression is slightly elevated, getting dryer and leaner, but not the usual drop in strength from dieting. I am 222 lbs in morning , strength is good. Today I did incline hammer strength machine with 3 plates per side for 15 reps with 4 sec negative AND positive
 
So far I'm very happy with this product. I am recovering much faster between sets, I'll do a heavy set and 20 seconds later I'm ready to go again. The gains are very dry gains, I'm liking this much better than some of the water retainers out there, and I also dont feel bad on this one. I'm coming along pretty good, I am currently 223 lbs, not a lot in the weight gain department but I am MUCH stronger and leaner too. I have been doing my SCT training routine along with the diet. I basically have cheat meals where I feel I need them, it may be once every 5 days, maybe every 8, maybe 2 days in a row to fill out more. Its very instinctive. Here are a couple progress pics

another one I took about a week ago, I was filled out a little more here, then dropped carbs down a good bit. I will focus on filling out again the next week or so. My goal is recomposition here, I want a good balance between size, symmetry, and definition. I'm not trying to get 3-4% bodyfat here, I'll be happy at 7-8% and a good look I can hold year round
