My First cycle after 20 years

So after 20 years I decided to give this a go again.
Got my diet dialled in, training is on par and being entirely honest not getting any younger.

Grabbed 300x10mg Winstrol Tabs and 2x10ml vials of Test E and a 100 pack of Nolvadex for PCT.

Planned intake
50mg Winstrol (30mg first thing in the morning and 20mg after dinner at night)
TestE - 500mg weekly single shot.

I am 1.76cm. Dry weight 74kg.
I am also 99% Carnivore since over 3 years. So no carbs at all.
I live on steaks, eggs, bacon and butter.

I do drink coffee though. Very curious to see the effects of this combo.

Workout routine currently:
Mondays / Wednesday/ Friday - full body 2hrs.
Tuesdays / Thursdays / Sundays - MTB or cycling indoors.

I start today. Will keep my log here

Also why winstrol?
No vegetables at all ever, I was initially just going to do a bit of an oral cut but then I decided to stack test on top because of the dryness of Winstrol.
I also wanted to add more vascularity.
 
After 20 years, that's what you came up with?
So did it in my 20's, wanted to get back in and thought it would be a nice mild start.

Suggestions are welcome. I only discovered this forum a little after I already had all my plans in motion.
I am also trying to not be to aggressive to start.
 
I'd inject twice weekly and drop the winstrol. 500mg per week is a great cycle to get back in it.
I have been reading up along those lines, so every 3 or 4 days basically.

That's not the worst idea, might alleviate some of the PiP my first shot of 2ml hurt for 2 days lol

Test is best. Imo, don't need right now and you probably won't get much out of it. If you're very lean and have good muscle structure now maybe. wait a few cycles, bulk up and use it to dry up and add some strength. I don't think it fits what you need right now. If you want to add an oral, use anavar. 500mg is a really good start after 20 yrs.

I'd also read up on your protein diet and AAS to see if anything comes up worth noting.

In true style let me upload the worst picture I can at the start having just done a 2 week raw milk stint which added a lot of belly fat. This was 2 weeks ago. 1000051054.webp
 
What are you trying to do overall ? Winstrol and all that fat from carnivore your cholesterol is prob going to be even more wrecked. But most carnivore truthers are the equivalent of flat earth theorist when it comes to HDL and LDL. But each their own. Split the 500 test up to two-three pins a week to keep levels stable. Other compounds out there to take besides winstrol that won’t be so rough on the cholesterol. If you insist on it though add some Reta maybe some pita for that cholesterol. Also go get some bloodwork.

I Am totally not worried about cholesterol markers at all. Got my blood work everything is good, b12 is through the roof, haven't been sick in over 3 years now.

Trying to bring some excitement back to my workouts and add some size and strength as a kickstart with this cycle, I doubt I will put on to much fat with this cycle but also expect to see the usual leaning out from doing the combo.

I wanted to do a dry cycle with the orals only the test e came as an afterthought actually but it has since shifted to being more my core focus

Have at it then. Just split those test injections up is what I’d recommend if you aren’t worried about anything else.

Cool every 3 or 4 days? I got 250mg/ml...
500 once a week would have gone to 10 December.
Every 4 days 18 December so longer .
Every 3 days 1 December so shorter..

You’re still going to do 500 a week. Say 250 on Monday and 250 on Thursday and repeat. Just dived that 500 into whatever you are comfortable pinning. .5 ml is 125ml of test so it would be 4 days of pinning to get 500. However you want to pin just splitting it up gets you better and more consistent levels. Personally on test e or cyp I do twice a week. Some do 3 or 4. Even if I’m running 250 I split it to 125 Monday and 125 Thursday. At 600 i would do 300 Monday and 300 Thursday. If im running other compounds (injectable) with it i have a different approach. Splitting it up still gives you 500 a week I wasn’t suggesting 500 twice a week. That’s how I read your response. Def don’t do that.

No no I meant 250mg every 3 days or every 4 days. I started on a Wednesday. So 4 days is Saturday, 3 days is today for next pin
 
you will be significantly bigger, leaner, and stronger with carbs.

why are you doing carnivore?
So I started on KETO but then naturally progressed to Carnivore over time, then once I was there all desires for non-animal products go away and all issues are resolved - had ghout and got sick all the time previously even was depressed at some point.

It took me 6-8 months to fully convert my body to utilising fat for energy but that is way back in the past, so I am fully adapted and fully adjusted and for me this is the optimal human diet.

There is nothing I am lacking from a sports perspective, I do 2-3 hr mtb rides on sundays socially and I am not falling behind my carb loaded friends in any way so for me its no issue at all.

I would never go back, I tried a couple of weeks or raw milk which is still technically carnivore but with a lot of lactose in it and it did nothing for me, did not make me stronger or last longer only thing that happened is I gained a bunch of fat so I am more than happy to continue this way :)
