honeslty bro if your asking those questions then you need to do more research. i mean anyone can tell u to take arimi, nolva, hcg etc. plan your cycle first really well then come back ask us if thats a good cycle or not. you really dont wanna be one of those guys that jumps into taking gear and doesnt know exactly what you should be doing. good luck though bro.

34 years old and you are 168 lbs, lol how tall are you? you need to start reading before you start your cycle..

I agree-if anything run just test-and get your diet sorted. if you run test and deca now-you will not know what is causing the sides-or how to prevent them.

i just want to make sure i do the right thing. So running test for 12 weeks (500) will be enough. Any other sugestion.. Thanks a million...

Damn Rob, I hate to be the one to do it but I just have to. You're 5'9" and 168 lbs and considering gear? You have a ways to go to reach your natural potential...and if you are either not motivated or not educated enough (and youre not, or you would be bigger now) on how to put on quality size to do it without gear, then you have about zero chance of keeping any gains that you do get from the gear. Especially at your age, if this is something that interests you would have been doing it for at leastr a few years already and (unles you're 2% bf) you would be at least 10-15 lbs heavier than you are. ...did you just wake up yesterday and decide you wanted to be big and so you feel like you have to juice?

Hate to come across like an asshole, but seriously, if you dont know what you are doing you can EASILY end up worse off than when you started.

Here are some things you can share with us and it might get you a more satisfying response:
How long have you been lifting?
What is your BF %?
What type of training regimens have you tried, and what kind of challenges have you had? How have your results been?
What are you goals? You said 20lbs...do you want to stay lean, or are you looking to bulk? Are you interested in BB type of competition, are you a fighter, or some other type of athlete?

We really do want to help, but i gotta keep it real man. sounds to me like you would be alot better off if you did some more hard training and research before jumping on gear.

Thanks J for keeping real, i just tire of been small, i been workingout for the last 6 months 4-5 times a week. Diet high in protein 100-150grms per day, bf 8%. im not trying to be a BB, I just want to gain muscle mass.. im planing to do 1 cycle and do what i have to in oder to keep whatever i gain. im serious about this and i know i gonna do it, i just want a good advice.. thANKS

I hear you man....its easy to get frustrated, and aas look like an easy answer. However, you are barely getting the min amount of protein...you should be getting at least 1.5 to 2 grams /lb of bodyweight if you are trying to gain muscle. And you can "work out" every day...makes no difference if you arent following a good solid program that will get you where you want to be. And dude, your diet and workout and recovery are all intertwined wether you are on gear or not. If you cant make gains of of a cycle what makes you think you can keep the small gains you get while on? Cus really, the aas are an AID not a crutch. You need to take a long hard look at exactly what you are going to do, cus for real you can end up worse off than when you started unless you have a certain level of diet/exercise/recovery knowledge.

If you're dead stuck on using, good luck. Read a bunch, everything you need to know is right here.
