Well boys it's time. My first cycle. I've read a few of these so let's start with my stats.
Age: 21
Height: 5'9
Weight: 170 lbs.
Workout experience: 6 years (slacked in 4 of them in high school, started taking it seriously 2 years ago).
Bench press: 235 lbs.

As for the cycle:
Week 1-12: Test E 500mg
Week 1-5: Dianabol 30mg ED
Arimidex .5mg E3D
PCT: Nolva 40/40/20/20

I welcome any tips! I have everything but the test which should be here tomorrow or Monday, so I'm looking at a start a week from Monday.

I forgot my training! I go 5-6 days a week, usually 1 of these is a real light day. I just listen to my body.
Monday: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
Tuesday: Back/Biceps/Abs
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest/Shoulders/Abs
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Legs/Abs.
I also do cardio 3-4 days a week.

Question. I already have Nolva on hand for PCT, but should I also run Clomid? I've heard only choose one and I've heard to run both.

I see a lot of conflicting ideas on that, some people use one or the other some use both. There are a few good stickied threads in the pct section on this sight that you may want to read and may find helpful. I'm not qualified to give any advice on AAS use so I'll let someone else answer that for you, oor let you read and maybe you can figure it out yourself. Make sure you have it all figured out before you start cycle though....

Thought the same thing right away. Squats and deads are equally, and imo more important than bench. Don't get lost in the bench game. Good luck bro

Absolutely, I used to half ass squats and deads, once I started training them as hard as I do the rest of my lifts my strength across the board shot up. Now I train them harder than I so anything else. Squats and deads =gains

Also after serious deads training for a few years now i know i have a thickness to my back that my other machine loving gym rats just don't have

Thats how coleman got such a gloriously thick back, lots of heavy deads, heavy bent over rows, and heavy t bar rows. Machines have their place, but imo they should be used to supplement, not as your main back exercises.
