my first cycle!!!

my first cycle and I need help!!!

Well i am a former college athlete that has now had one shoulder completely redone and the other I had the cartlidge fixed. I have been back in the weight roon for almost a month and am starting to see gains but with my shoulders it is going to be a long haul. I had a buddy recommend doing a cycle of equipose to help build mass in that area in order to get back to where i used to be. There was also mention of clenbuterol to help shed the weight that i have put on since i have been out of scool. I am interested in what anyone thinks and would like any sort of feedback or help in achieving this goal. My stats are 28yr 6' 240lbs my body fat is too damn much. Truly have no clue and am scard to even find out. wear a 38 pant so that should say one thing......fat ass. when i played ball in shape 8% bady fat i was in 34's. dumb way to measure but the only way i have. whats up man if i were you i would research these products. tren, test. propinate, eq, winstrol, anavar. these are all lean mass steroids to get you started. if your lookin for diuretics then clen or t3 all which you should research before using. how many cycles have you done before?

Couldnt have hit it any better. Most like a good thing would be to diet for a while on your own and wait till your shoulder gets better. Dont hurt yourself anymore than you have too.

in my opinion, don't even THINK about starting a cycle until you have your bodyfat down to 12-15%, or you're setting yourself up for failure (not to mention wasting lots of $$$). In other words, get your ass to the gym, start monitoring your daily macros (fat, carb, protein) like your very life depended on it, do cardio, and only when you have all these together should you even consider doing a cycle.
my advice is, read up about proper nutrition. from the looks of things you still have a lot of research to do. Do a search bro. there's lots of good pple here that have made some very very enlightening posts.

The shoulder is doing better, thanks i am just at a point where i am trying to get through where my lifting is not getting me. Hell i am getting older and it is just not working the same. The diet is going ok i am paying too much attention to atkins and need to eat smater than i am acting there. I found some clen and t3 stuff on liquidresearch site but have no clue on dosage or anything else with that. My buddy can get me the equipose but it is only 2500 mg or something like that, he told me i would only have 250 a week for 10 weeks and from what i read that will not do much for me.

i am great with the gym and lifting its the slow effects that is killing me. My body fat in a rough guess is prob around 20% its gross but all i have now is my time and determination. I am not trying to get shreaded just look good enough to take my shirt off and have both sholders look about even and be respectful. I have got a great work out that i have been on and see my strengh comnig back in stride just want some ideas from people that knopw alot more than i in this subject.

Not matter what you use its going to be your diet that helps you. Get your diet in check and then check into tren, winny, eq, and the wonders of the dark side :D
