my first experience with DNP

well here it is my 1st time dnp experience: i did a 7 day run starting at 200mg a day for the first 4 days then bumped it up to 400mg for the last 3 days. holy fuck when people say all you do is sweet they are not joking if you blink to fast you sweet like you just did 30mins on the stair master. it's insane, you sweet ALL THE TIME. i sweet like a beast normally if I'm hot, people at my job thought i was dying, i mean the line "just taking stackers" can only go so far. as far as results i'd say only 4 out of the 7 days i was on i ate clean due to the fact that by the 4th day i read the scale at 206?! i was 213 a few days ago? by the end of the week most of my gym was asking me how i got so lean so fast. this little journey finally ended at a body weight of 201. i still can't believe it myself, maybe it's just me but i differently feel as I've lost some muscle but it might just be the whole looking leaner feeling smaller thing going on. oddly with ECA my workouts where actually pretty intense, but if you have an active manual labor job forget about taking this stuff in the middle of the day i would find myself with my head on my desk getting sweet stains on paper work. and sleeping is no fun when it feels like you turned your bed into a man made lake. differently stock up on the melatonin, as well as all the other supplements advised in the "how not to fuck up DNP" post. i followed nearly all those rules and so far no real side effects. i guess the main thing is staying hydrated which you will not find hard to do at all considering your throat will always be dry and thus you will drink water all day. my avg was about 2.5 gallons. now comes some questions of mine. has anyone had experience with dnp while on steroids? (OK OK I'm bridging with 400mg of primobolan a week so yeah i was "on" something while doing this) I'm talking about a real cycle of test,eq, etc. would 1 week do much to cut fat? at a dose of maybe 200mg only?(i forgot to mention 400mg nearly had me wishing for the week to end soon it was definitely over my comfortlevel. 200mg seemed manageable though). if any ones had experience using dnp while on a cycle please let me know how that went i'd be interested in hearing.

Good results, DNP is the best fat burner out there if used safely and correctly. Dont even think about using it if you havent researched it. I have researching for over 3 years and am just now getting ready to do my first cycle.
 
You can use DNP while on gear no problem, just don't expect to make any gains while doing it. Some people recommed this to avoid any potential muscle loss, but it has been shown that DNP's mechanism of action does not scavenge muscle for energy but goes straight to fat once carbs are unavailable. Also, no one said you can't lift or even do cardio for that matter, I actually advise it since you'll burn a shitload of calories, just make sure to watch yourself. Your energy will be reduced and so therefore your workouts generally suffer, don't do more than 20-30 min. of cardio and try lifting lighter while on.
The smallness your feeling is probably due to your muscles feeling flat from glycogen depletion. Once you drop the water and carb back up your muscles should fill back up (the notorious "anabolic rebound"). That's when the results of DNP really stand out.

Yes, I'm drinking a lot of water plus I'm doing weight training and mild cardio. I've had a head cold the past couple of days so my intensity/energy is real low. I usually drink Gatorade while doing 20 minutes of mild cycling.

So how did it go? What are results so far?
 
I started 400mg last week. Basically Im running it from Sunday to Wednesday (200mg Wed). Workouts have not changed at all while on dnp. I do some intervals on Mon and Tues. There has been some very nice changes since last Monday and I shouldnt have any problem hitting my goal in about 2-3 more weeks.

thanks bob - haven't seen anything posted yet about a safe timeframe to run DNP. interested in your thoughts. thanks again bs
 
Ive run 200mg for as long as about 25 days. With my current plan, Im running it for 3-4 days a week and will end up with about 4 weeks.
