My fuckin tendons hurt :-(

MANWHORE

Subscriber
I left the 300lb bench, 350 squat, 380 deads... 30 or more min workouts
For
135lb pushups,
35lb curl bar curls
45lb straight bar curls, with reverse curls
45lb behind back straight bar forearm curls
180lb bodyweight standing calf raise.. 10 ... maybe 15min workouts

I used to do the heavy weight, for 60 or more sets a week..
Usually in 2 workouts, and no joint pain ..

Now, I do this light weight a lot slower
And feeling like my muscles are going, to
Tear off the bone, but I thought I could get away
With it 4X a week, since it's light weight and not
Hard on my joints. ..

My fuckin tendons are hurting like
Hell, in my arms down the outer part,
Of my forearms,.. From the elbow even little higher
To my wrists and hands some ...
My muscles like chest, will cramp in work
Sometimes, but it's my forearms.. Tendons that hurt bad..

I am solid and even calves are looking good..
They never looked good with heavy weight..
The muscle separation is coming nicely in them now..

Should I just give few days rest?
Do you think since my muscles are under
Tension a lot longer and burning more.. Working harder
I guess.. That my joints are also taking a beating?

Sorry so long

Thanks

Yeah man a little r&r sounds good right. Youll also give your cns some time to recover and might come back stronger.

Either just stay out of the gym for a few days, or take 2 weeks to try light workouts without hitting big PRs. Doggcrapp has most users do this anyway, something like 6wks of balls to the wall followed by 2wks of maintenance.

Maybe also try and look into some joint health and cramp supps. Are you taking anything that would dry you out big time?

Good luck dude

I don't go, to a gym...

Personal PRs? With 45lb straight bar curls

The heavy weight is easy, it's the
Light weight to fatigue failure, that's fuckin me up.
BUT
The lighter weight, for the burn, keeps
Me solid, even eating meatball parms..

This same tendon shit happened to me
Last year while Upstate NY...
10 to 15min workouts, burning like fuck with light
Weight, eating like shit to cut, but staying
Very low BF...

It's just my tendons that seemed to be suffering ...

Maybe if I just go for a pump
And not the burn...
Just to get nutrients, to the muscles?

I'd say take a break and see how your body handles all the reps after your break. If it continues I think you're just going to have to change your workout or grind through them.

I took those days off, since I posted this,
And I still have pain...
Muscles are solid, as he'll, though..

OK, so I did pushups, curls, forearm curls.. modified forearms
.. light, like usual, but not letting lactic acid, in long..
Just for pump staying far from fatigue failure,
Just to get blood, in muscles ..

I will do calves same way, in few hours cause
I just had tuna sand and nice fat piece of bruschetta bread :-)

I will just stay away from intensivness, for a week or so.
See what happens ..

Lactic acid is a bitch.....you dont notice it much when your hitting the heavys and the reps are low ; but drop the weight and get the reps over 12 and I cant walk , talk or scratch my butt , pure soreness .

Thats why I decided to mix up my routine and do high reps for a few weeks then back to heavy weights for a few weeks . Scientist say this the only way to train both the fast twitch and slow twitch muscles , I believe them .....:D

Jeez manwhore, what'd you take off 3 4 day's? but still did pushups, curls, forearms etc. etc.
Like you said, give your body a little time, a week or so and see what happens.

For sure look into some joint support formulas man. I use a glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM formula and plenty of EFA's. Does wonders for me.

:D

4 days is a lot, for me to take off.
I guess cause my workouts are
Already 15 min short ...

People always ask what gym I go to, and
I say " I haven't been to a gym, in years "
If I break a sweat, I know the workout is over ..

OK, I can't not do, at least, something,
So I will just get the blood pumping lightly,
And back off for more time.

I am seriously thinking of HGH, but friend
Paid, for my EQ .. he owed me money, so
I started that few weeks ago.. Frontloaded high
Now staying 800/week, but no helping pain yet

Like you, I don't go to a gym, got dumbells and dip bar. When I was having a lot of tendon problems the only thing that helped was the deca, but I'm not doing that again, I became a eunuch. EQ doesn't help me with the pain and I haven't seen a lot of relief with the GH either, but it is helping in other way's. The thing that helped was taking more time off and letting the body have a chance to mend. I'm no expert on all this but I know that I can't push myself like I used to.
I take that back about the GH. After I let my tendons alone the pain slowly went away and I started the GH, I haven't had any problems since then with much pain.
Good luck..............:)

I really been burning the hell
Out of my muscles, to the point, I
Think I should stop at times, so
I don't tear them, from the bone,.

I have to keep remembering
I am 28yrs old..
38 ... 43 :o .. WOW!

The 28yr old kids, in my work,
Wish they looked half as good :p
