Thanks bro! I just maintain good vascularity and muscle separation from the 2+ decades of training, that doesn’t mean I don’t have some fat to ditch. If I didn’t have that much loose skin that makes me look fatter than I am I’d probably push for more weight but now I just don’t like what I’m seeing in the mirror. My tits are hanging and abs are almost completely gone.
Also, by cutting I don’t mean I’m gonna go stage ready, something between 7-8% like last summer would be nice with that extra muscle I’ve put on.
