My lean bulk cycle w/a coach and 1st time with tren

intel

New Member
Long story short, was injured, got super fat during my one year off. Did a cut, lean bulk, cut, and now we are here. So here is how everything is going to go as for now. Cardio 7 days a week, workouts change every 4 weeks, we are going to increase carbs very slowly, taking weekly pictures and weight ins.
Cycle:
test 500mg per week and
tren A- 50mg every other day
GH- (somastim) 4iu/ED
AI- arimidex - 1/2mg daily

Everything will be from Karl. I got everything except the kits. He said they will shipped this Monday. I'm starting my cycle this up coming sunday .

Also I'm very active so it'll be interesting how this cycle will go. After workout I either do MMA or dance classes.
Lets see what I weight in tomorrow and go from there. Man I am really excited to do a log on here and I finally get to use tren.

Please let me know if there is anything I have left out.

Subb'd

So how much did you weigh?? You only 25??

Tren is awesome!! Enjoy the ride, as much as you can...

Ya im 25 and this morning i weighted 201.9lbs.
500mg test e/week and 50mg tren A EOD.
1/2mg AI a day

My kits have arived but i have to go pick them up. Took 5 days for them to get here internationally.

Just pinned my first pin. 1.5ml total on oils, all left delt, went on super smooth with a 25g. I drawed with an 18g.

Okay so this is amazing. I got my kits yesterday and these do one thing that i love... 24iu per vial. So I'm doing 4iu a day first thing in the morning. I did it last night (soon as i got home) and this morning.

Did my tren shot this morning too (since it's EOD).

Now my strength... Since ive been on keto for so long after adding 20 (yes, TWENTY) gram of carbs for the first 5 out 6 meals i has my strength and recovery shooting through the roof.
Bench was up 30lbs and after wards i did DB press with at least 20to25lbs more (changes based on how tired i am that day).
Guys...Guys.... Guys.....psssst....i fucking love carbs soooo much. I forgot how amazing they are.

Edit: i was also a bit tighter this morning. But it could be from MMA... Shit got brutal last night.

Update from my coach

I'm up 6lbs, still haven't gotten all my supplements for intra-workout. I need to get on that shit ASAP. I'm more full, veins are slowly coming out, and I'm sweating slowly more.

I got LR3 too and i can see it helping shuffle food in like it has before but I'm still a bigger fan of DES. I am only using 40mcg, 4iu of gh first thing in the morning, and this week is my last week of slowly tapering off clen.

Idk how ill react to tren but if my body fat stays the same or some how drops a bit during this process I would genuinely be set. I can grow by eating below maintenance while on cycle. Past time i jumped ~25+lbs while doing that on deca, test, and 3iu of GH (somastim).

Quick update:
Multiple guys in MMA tonight told me i looked bigger than the last time they saw me. I do MMA on regular basis and the last time these guys saw me was Friday.
My dress shirts and suits are way tighter in chest, shoulders, and arms. My pants are super tight not and i can promise you this... One wrong move and i will rip my custom made suit.
Its only been week, no way anything has kicked in, but damn. I'm eating 1800 calories probably (have to go recalculate but its below maintenance for sure) ... 6 foot tall

So i had to move this weekend, my old process during the move flooded, and i missed legs day. I took update pics but i havent sent it to my coach yet. I'm hitting ~145of carbs on workout days and 100g on non workout days. I say 145 because I'm way too tired to recalculate right now and i cant remember off top of my head.

I'm up 13.2lbs in 2 weeks. My strength is up like a mother fucker. Strong as a fucking ox

Edit:didn't mean to post yet.

Im at my doctors office, going over my pre cycle blood work that i had taken.

Now lets talk about sciroxx and this steroid stuff that has lately hit the forum.

So it seems like my test is gtg but my tren A is 72.8 % tren A and rest is tren hex. I emailed my coach and this is what he said:

So I'm fine. I have a lot going on and if my IFBB coach says its fine then I'm not worrying about. Seriously getting a coach was one of the best bodybuilding and life decisions I've ever made. I dont have to worry about my workout, diet, or cycles or anything else. Fucking stress relief for sure.

gained 13 lbs @6ft on 1800 calories?? what's your weight and bf% lookin like now? But sounds like great progress bro keep it up

I know its insane. I'm pretty sure he will lower my carbs. I was around 12% and still am... Lets say 13% to be safe. I was dropping weight quickly but for some reason after Thanksgiving my body started giving me hell.

I'm still doing fasted cardio in the morning and MMA after workout. Haven't even added my intra-workout in yet.

Last time i gained 25lbs on being calorie deficit. We think my metabolism is also a bit slow from years of being fatty McFatty.

I sent all my pics and stats to my coach and this was his reply uploadfromtaptalk1455726113687.png

Edit: man i wish i had done tren on my list cycle also. Would have been a monster right now lol.

So just to make a point on the laws of thermodynamics it is physically impossible to put on weight when your body is consuming more calories then that are being eaten, so saying you grew in a calorie deficit means that you don't actually know your TDEE. Great progress being made so good on you for that but ya can't grow in a deficit so you are in a surplus of you are growing whether it's a small surplus after all your cardio still a surplus. Unless your e2 isn't being controlled properly and you've added on a lot of water weight but by the sounds of what you are saying that's not the case.

Doing mma/cardio/boxing post workout seems to do the opposite of muscle building. It changes the state of muscle building properties. Such as cortisol, insulin, testosterone, estrogen, and all other hormones. I actually don't know if doing steroids changes the nature of this. Do you feel that way? Do you take any time in between mma and lifting?

This will happen if you do 1:30 min of lifting and then 1 hr of cardio. Wit no break for eating and rest in between. Your hormones go from increasing muscle after lifting, to, as soon as you do a lengthy cardio, your hormones do that opposite of muscle building.

Long story short after my injury i did a year long cut and since then i did a lean bulk, cut (start at pct) , lean bulk again (which is right now). The whole time ive been on keto and keeping my cardio.

Now i did mention before that my metabolism is probably slow due to years of being really fat when i was a kid but i never grow unless i eat above my maintenance...unless I'm on a cycle. We found this out by accident too. Because after my cut we slowly start adding calories and just from test and deca cycle by the end of the 12 weeks i was 25lbs heavier. But when i cut i slowly get flat and lose some size. So right now I'm gaining all my old sizes back. I could have easily hit 18" arms last time if i had ate a little more but i would have gained too much fat.

This is weird thing and i talked to Shelby last time. He said he has only had a few clients that grew while being on cycle but eating less than maintenance. I can post my diet in a minute

I only grow while being below what is considered the average maintenance at my stat only if I'm on cycle. And adding gh to the cycle helps me out A LOT. like a shit ton! Thats why we only add a little bit to each cycle. So we can see what does what. It kills me because its so slow but i can filter things out.

I'm just different. But cutting is absolutely a misery for me. Think how little i have to eat to drop weight. So ya for bulking its a plus but for cutting is a nightmare. Losing weight for me is really hard. Even if im on clen. Clen and GH do the trick and i can lose on average of 1.28lbs per week (i log my weight, pics, and all that every weekend during my check in).

I know this is all weird but also remember I'm gaining old sizes back right after a 0 carb keto (i know carbs are in everything but you know what i mean... I eat no carbs from carb sources...)

My diet:

Make this short since I'm at work

Use to be 50/0/10 protein/carb/fat

Now its 45/20/10x5 and before bed is 45/0/10

On both diets no carbs before bed...ever

During workout days pre, intra, and post change

Pre everything stays the same except the protein source, carb goes to 1/2 cup of dry oats, and fat sources changes

Intra during workout day (i just got these yesterday so today will be my day one using it... So all this time ive been doing no intra-workout) :
Workout drink (start drinking 15 minutes before training; 25g carbs from Karboload, 1 scoop Pepto Pro, 3g beta alanine, 5g citrulline malate (these are all available atwww.truenutrition.com

Post workout on workout days (duh) :
6oz of super lean steak and 1 cup of white rice and fat source is changed.

Thats it. Super simple. We ONLY up the calories once the weight gain has stopped for like a week or two (most of the time its 2 weeks). Even if I'm making small gains and staying tight we keep the same and roll with it. Now this is how it is approached for me... Different clients get different approach

You do realize that average calorie Maintenence for your stats doesn't mean you are in a calorie deficit if you eat lower then that... You need to calculate YOUR TDEE its person dependant like mine is very high for someone of my stats because my job is as active as jobs get or docd has a stupid high maintenance for his stats. Are you an office guy? Fairly seditairy besides the gym? Cause I'm telling you that there is no one that beats the laws of thermodynamics you must 100% be above maintenance to gain weight. If I were you I'd figure out your personal calorie counts instead of listening to someone who isn't giving you proper information and seems to be pumping your tires a little bit to make you feel special. Not being harsh just trying to elaborate your knowledge on the subject

Oh no i completely understand and hey thats why im posting everything on here. No BS and straight to the point.

He doesn't bullshit me but for sake of easier communication we are referring to average maintenance...especially when I'm posting online.

But like i mentioned he and I both agree that on top of my office life i might have a slower metabolism due to my past. I'm working on trying to get tested to find out what is my metabolism rate at. At the moment I'm testing for a lot of other things and doing sleep studies and so on. And I'm going to test my bodyfat via dexa post cycle...really wanted to do before cycle also but with the job, moving, and flooding the whole thing got fucked up.

But seriously I appreciate you guys looking out for me, like I'm not trying to be sarcastic or anything. I actually appreciate it. Means a lot to me and it says a lot about you guys.

Okay I'm looking into getting the testing done after my cycle/pct. Anyone knows if they are different tests and if so which one is the best? If not I'll google it but if you guys already know the answer please help me out.

Thank you
