My lean bulk cycle w/a coach and 1st time with tren

Daily I'm getting some of the best views that most people can never see in nature, and ya I've taken dancing partners to those spots (small petite females that already know I can toss them around generally are happy to do anything with ya). Nobody is ever less of a man for "poofy" dancing and I mean look a male ballet dancers they all have better body's then pretty much every guy in the gym.

How'd the allergy situation go @intel

Got those depressing words. My body finally adjusted just like last time and i only went up 0.4lbs this week.
I keep track of my weight so I'm seeing where things picked last time and this time and all that.
But it looks like my treatment is coming in well, left the sleep study place number at home so I'll call them tomorrow and set up an appointment for this weekend. Hopefully surgery in a week or two after that.

But man i am strong as hell now that i can eat carbs. I dont think I'm shit but people keep stopping me and complementing. Like half way into my second brutal leg workout in week im still able to do slow ass to the grass 275 squats with no wraps or anything (got a knee sleeve though lol) for reps. I can do more but I start cramping and tightening up. I need to stretch and do rumble roller all the time now.

And serious my workouts are hard. None of that i only do 3 sets or i just only go crazy on squats and easy the rest of the workout.
Hopefully your doc is aware of everything in your body before you start any treatments of any kind
He isn't but my friend that is a doctor and not my main doctor is. So it doesn't get put into my file and i get the safety of having a doctor there :)

Holy God. Okay so i did 2 days back to back of weights and saw one day my weight jump up a bit and i had started holding water.
So Saturdays i dont do any more mma and is my off day so that day is now a carb free day. Only proteins and fats.

Strength is high as fuck. My clothes are getting very tight in all the right spots.

Rest of my sciroxx order is coming in. Dude been awesome with all this address change and 100 other chaoses that has occurred due to all this shit going down in my life. I think that the main reason i keep going back to him.

I'm stressing because of all these interviews, studying, and all these other shit. CPAP machine sucks balls... Im making an appointment to see if i can get surgery asap.

Last day check in my weight was 221.8lbs, ive been bigger than this before (arms been way bigger too and all the rest) but this has been my leanest, while being the biggest, strongest, and.... Basically the perfect balance where you should want to be at. Good health, good resting heart heart rate, flexibility, great shape, and....

Get a coach if you can. So much time saved and no more doubting and mind fucking yourself.

1) veins are starting to come out of legs again
2)veins in my arms are coming out to play also
3)I'm running super low on test E and have to see what is the dosage on these other bottles.

I have to email my updates today but I'm at 222.2lbs, look fucking amazing in pictures today. Back is lean and thick, overall I'm bigger, my strength is way up. This is coming out really good. I'm thinking of making my fasted cardio more intense (right now its just a fast walk up hills basically).
I hope after all this when I start cutting I get to hit 7%.

Well this shit died lol

So the sleep apnea. I can actually go through a day without yawning every 10 to 15 minutes. But I also I'm having trouble sleeping with the mask. I am traveling right now and don't have my supplements but I'm keeping up the diet.

I genuinely look great and I'm fucking loving it. I might hit 230lbs or close to it. I need to laser rest of my hair off but even with these hair you can see some major cuts in my delts and back. You can feel the veins in my calves and quads sticking out but with the hair and skin color they are not easily visible. Need to improve on those for sure.
My body fat is still high (around 13%) but this time around cutting I will hit fucking close to 7%.
I can grow a lot more but I'm keeping the calories in check and going for those slower gains but while keeping the most amount of fat off.

Strength is hella good but I need to remember to keep working out my forearms and grips, especially while I'm on cycle.

If you guys really do get interested in these logs I can do this for cutting and I get blood works done on the kits that I use and all that too.

Long story short, had to make up a legs day and everything was fine but on "2nd legs day" (glutes and ham with calves) on my last rep of my last set of my last exercise i tore my a muscle belly in my hamstring. Icing the fuck out of it.

Its a long story but i also just quit my job so i can study and go for my dream job that would make me happy. Great timing huh? Lol!

Sorry about the long and late update. Won't happen again and I'm starting to be active on here more. I think my life is now a bit more consistent.

Holy shit my life has been a fucking roller coaster. One doctor appointment after another, left my job to study for this job that I really want, have to move due to rent being so high, tore the muscle belly of my hamstring, and every bill and shit storm that could hit the fan did.

Now update on my progress:
So I am off GH for a week now, haven't done cardio or MMA in 2 weeks, and have been lifting a lot lighter to prevent having to use my leg. I've been doing all my reps very slowly, negatives, and...you get the point.
Weight:
over 2 weeks I've dropped to 214.6lbs...mostly water and a good bit of fat. If you remember I was at 222.2lbs.
Food intake:
I literally dropped all my carbs and did straight protein and fat on all my non-workout days. My protein in fact was lowered at the start of my bulking from 50g to 45g and I stayed at that. Fat was dropped from 15g to 10g. This was because we were upping my carbs.
Size:
I've kept it all as far as I can tell and measure...my calves were going flat because I have been keeping my legs elevated and I started hitting my calves and the size came back. Vascularity is up, they are veins slowly coming out of my legs. If I tanned I'd look fucking 10x better but I'm doing hair removal due to a skin condition.
Strength:
Idk to be honest...I'm not lifting heavy due to my leg, everything is machine and hammer strength now.
Recovery:
I can walk for more than 10 steps without being in pain, I have a good size bruise, but going to see a specialist tomorrow.

Doctor said I did tear a muscle but it's nothing major, should be all okay in 4 to 6 weeks. Until then light workouts for my legs and I did cardio today.

Actually I think this injury taught me something about how my body reacts to food and when to feed it. Everything has been good so far, I'm going to see how this upcoming check in with my coach goes.

idk what happened but couple of days ago I got super bloated and took me days to get rid of it and now I'm holding water like mother fucker. I checked in with my coach to see what I needed to do. Going to go back to normal training (except for legs and some part of back days) starting today.

Still pretty strong but I miss don't 950lbs on leg press at end of my workouts and lifting all the 130-150 DB's.

The vascularity is insane. Seriously the strength on tren, the vascularity is amazing. I have to ask, how much of this vascularity am I going to keep after cycle?

I stay on a tight diet and do cardio year around but I still don't know how much of the vascularity I will keep. Hopefully a good bit.

My good buddy swears you never lose the veins you get from tren, they just become less pronounced. Obviously there's a multitude of factors depending on the person but I'd imagine keeping your training/diet on point is your best bet at retaining them. Good luck!

Thanks bud. I stay on a tight diet and cardio year around.
I wish I had started started running tren a lot earlier. I finally have veins coming out of calves now.

I worked out my legs and I started it with a lot of leg press with high reps. It really opened up my leg and actually feel a lot better now. Things are looking good on that point. I have been really bloated for some reason and I really can't tell why and after checking in with my coach today it seems like my body might be over-stressed. We are going to take carbs out of all meals except pre and post workout.

I genuinely am worried a lot lately and life has been hard. I am studying anywhere between 10-12 hours a day and I'm planning to move to a different place in a month or so. Thats my 3rd move in like 14 months...I'm exhausted. Hopefully I will learn everything and be able to ace the job that I want. Kids from Harvard, MIT, and Duke have a less than 10% rate of passing just the first round filtration test. My savings are limited and I have to see how long I can live on them while studying all day.

Good news about the leg. However, in my opinion you should be having the carbs for breakfast and postworkout instead of pre and post. Two reasons.
1. Generally depending on the carb source it may take awhile for it to be digested. For example if you consider your preworkout meal to be like 30mins-1hr before, then theres a good chance those carbs won't even be available yet.
2. Considering you're deep in study and school's a big deal, I think it would definitely benefit you to get some carbs in the morning. Your brain runs on them (unless you're in ketosis) so I'm not sure how much you want to drop them, especially upon waking. Just some thoughts, keep it up.

Those are really good points and I'll look into them. As for the studying goes I've been doing keto basically over 2 years now and I'm extremely use to it. At first it was hell on earth but now it's like nothing. The only time I ever even crave carbs is when I visit my parents lol. Idk if it's because I'm in my "safe zone" or maybe because when I was fatty McFatty as a teen I was there all the time and now I'm use to....or because they really stress me out HAHAHA.

I've been in the same EXACT boat with everything you just said, which is why I really enjoy your log. Being with parents brings back the memories of sports practice then coming home to unlimited carbs. Keep it up brother!

Thanks bud I greatly appreciate that! Ya I think I need to learn to control myself more when I'm over there. Can't afford to mess anything up if I want to hit my goals.

I wish I was still running GH on this entire cycle but something happened that prevented that. When I run GH on cycle my gains become insane and especially staying learner and better recovery! After this I'm going to slowly go into cutting and this time it better go a lot more smoothly but I high doubt that...it never does, ever!

So my weight this morning had fluctuated, again do to dropping off a good amount of the carbs and only consuming them pre-intra-and postworkout. My pre-wokrout is a bit before my workout (like maybe 45 minutes) so I hit the gym I'm good. Especially since I have the intra-workout and it has carbs in it.

Strength is same level, leg is healing well, and I'm always getting complements now. I wish I could have either keep my vascularity post cycle and I wish I had ran tren LONG time ago with the vascularity results I'm getting
