Ok there is no rhyme or reason i do things the way i do. I kinda just wing it. Im starting this log just really for me to know what i injected and when and whatever else i take. I always lose my paper or on my computer what what day i did what, so i know where this will be

4/14/14
25mg prop
25mg npp
75mg test c ( subq for the first time and it was great. Upping dose next time )

4/15/14
25mg TNE ( 90 mins pre workout )
adding winstrol soon. Just need to get the alcohol to mix it today )

diet is pretty much the same everyday besides 2 cheat meals

breakfast shake ( pre workout )
30g protein powder
1 banana
1/2 cup a oats
1/2 cup almond milk
blend and drink

Post workout
45g protein powder
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
blend, enjoy

1 hour after that
5oz chicken
1/2 can tuna
5oz potatos

little less then 3 hours later
5oz chicken
1/2 can tuna
5oz potatos
maybe some cheese on top

3 hours later
protein ice cream
1 scoop casin
1/2 cup almond milk
1 serving peanut butter
1/4 packet sugar free pudding
1 greek yogurt
ice and little bit water
blend, freeze

i eat about 75% of the ice cream then 2 hours later finish it

thats what i do pretty much everyday meal wise
 
Well i have tbol and var powder. I was just making my tbol and of course i knock the beaker over on the oven ( But still in the pan with water ) now i have tbol about 5mg per ml cuz of all the water hahah. Still works though!
 
What made you decide to try Sub-Q on the Test C? I have never tried it but heard stories about it lingering for some time.

Just reading about it and saving some muscles for other injections. Im only going to be running test c like 250 to 300mg a week, so i decided to try subq and so far i love it. No pain at all and the main reason its all the TNE, Prop and Npp will be taking up the inject spots
 
I rather run short esters myself but get mighty sick of stabbing my muscles to death. I have so much scar tissue in my glutes, everytime I inject them I get a sterile abscess that last upwards of 3 weeks. I wonder how TNE would absorb Sub-Q, if your still looking at 1-2 hours pre workout. I love it and have plenty but can't work it into my rotation.

ah ha! the log pays off already. I thought i injected my prop and npp yestreday. It was 2 days ago. Time to get the needle out the holster

30mg TNE right shoulder. This is the first injection that burned like a mofo going in
22mg tbol
12.5mg nolva

going to get some blood work done this coming week.
 
Did 75 mg TNE sub-q in my stomach earlier today. I have never tried any other brand then Astro. It has EO in it and did not burn one bit. Its been five hours and there is a small knot under the skin but not bad. I will do it again, it was effective as TNE has always been for me. I did wait an extra hour before my workout and was a rock star throughout. Not bad!!

Damn thats good to hear. Keep me posted on how it is in the next day or so. Im going to try this if it goes well
