My long term Super TRT plan

Long story short, I have been looking for some sustainable way to stay on Testosterone for the past 2 years now. As most guys here, I struggle with calling it quits and just want to blast but my health, especially blood pressure says otherwise. I used to get away with issues no matter the dose until I hit 25.

Anyways, my plan is to TRT+ on like 200mg TU (Testosterone undecanoate) which brings me a total T of ~1160ng on trough, right before my next injection (I inject once per week).

I don't want to pct or go natural unless I absolutely have to, I love Testosterone and I see no point in coming off for now. I like the gains and advantage in life it provides me. Besides muscle gains and body composition of course. The boost in noticeable both physically and mentally.

Stats:
-6'1
-28 years old
-230lbs (goal is to drop to 210's and get leaner)
-14-16% body fat (goal is legit 10-12%)
400lbs bench/530lbs squat/480lbs deadlift (weak I know, I don't do it anymore though).
-10+ years of lifting and diet in place most of the time.
-6 years of blast and cruise (came off thrice now, natural life ain't for me anymore).

The plan:
1. Drop down to 200mg/ week TU.
2. Get my blood pressure in check via losing more weight and body fat.
3. Clean up my diet of salt and other processed foods, limit energy drinks to 1x can 250ml red bull per day. Say no to alcohol and party rec drugs. (I don't abuse, just allow myself sometimes. which is bad).
4. Eat less calories like 3000-3160 per day, I will survive on it, just need to adjust on lower intake.
5. Keep my activity as it is, as I'm quite active person, I only take like 1-2 days per week off. My job is physically demanding. Don't get lazy on rest days.
6. Have more sex with girls and possibly get in to a long term relationship.
7. Get rid off things I don't need anymore in my life. Clean up my apartment.
8. Start taking things more seriously and use TRT plan as a tool to help me, rather than using more than I need to get my goals achieved.

I'm sure I have missed some important factors, but I have thought everything out. Yet there is still place for some missing things.

Priority is long term sustainability and health. I have more than enough muscle maturity and size right now.

I'd like to hear some tips perhaps on what to watch out for. I'm new to TRT scene, but 5+ year player on bnc.

I'd like to stay on such dose till I'm at least 36 years old. Then maybe drop down further to 150-160mg and maybe even 125mg week.

P.S. I'm not on amphetamines or some shit, I'm just motivated AF to get my life the way I want and to hear some tips from long time players and veterans. Thanks.

Since it seems blood pressure is the big thing on your mind at the moment, and you didn't mention cardio in your post, how about adding regular moderately-intense cardio? It's great that you're active, but perhaps 30 minutes of targeted cardio 3x/week might have a decently good effect on your BP. By targeted I mean that you're hitting some BPM and sustaining it for the duration. Or you could do intervals, or, frankly, whatever you're motivated enough to do and track to see if you're improving over time.

No doubt there are others here with more knowledge of things like zone 1 vs zone 2, ideal durations, etc, but I always start with "What will I actually do" because I hate cardio. HIIT intervals on a stair master, not for me, but brisk walking outside among the trees and fresh air, that I will do.

Definitely, I love walking in the forest. Since summer is here, I guess I'll start swimming more, it gives great pumps. Even on my work days I get at least 10k steps up to 16k sometimes. So I'm on my foot quite a bit. Sitting at home and doing nothing is killing me so yes, I have to find some interesting activities.

Personal anecdote incoming. A long term relationship with a good woman who is a good fit for you makes life much better. Lower stress, happier, more content. A woman who is bad for you will 10x all your problems. Learned this the hard way. At some point I stopped going for women purely based on my dick's opinion and I'm so much happier now. The amount of drama and chaos in my life is a fraction now. Might help your blood pressure! ;) At your age I was pussy crazy though.

Your plan looks great. Smart moves. Get healthy and get sorted. Following if you log it.

If you do cardio for 3 weeks 3x a week 45 min each time, target 130 bpm. It will make a huge difference.

The time to protect your hair is now.

Hair loss isn't when you see a bunch of hair in your hands while showering, it's the imperceptible loss of stem cells from follicles, resulting in each replacement hair having a thinner shaft. It takes a minimal effort to dial in a protective dose of meds to lock in the hair of your 20s in for a lifetime, with no side effects when you get it right.

A worthwhile investment in yourself, so when you're older and have built up more value, you'll distinguish yourself from other successful men your age with a thick head of hair. It really stands out, and no matter how much you think it wont matter because you'll be married by then, you'll regret letting that advantage slip away needlessly.

What is your current bp readings and are you taking medications? If you’re like some of us who have genetic pre disposition for hypertension, you might need medication no matter what bf your at.

Before steroids I always had 120/80 reading. Currently I take lisinopril at 20mg before bed since during the day it makes me dizzy and weak. It knocked down my systolic from 150's to 130's. Much better, but I'm still trying to lower it down without adding meds. Maybe add in cialis at 5mg daily at most. Ideally I would like to drop meds and sustain 120-130 bp in time. Never had issues with diastolic reading it's always in the 70-80 range.

That’s not bad then, lowering body weight especially body fat can further lower it down.

Personally, when I’m deep in a cut I have to lower my bp meds because my readings go down to 90/60. This is also when my cardio goes up to almost 25-30mins twice a day.

Thanks, well I'm thinking of lowering Test to 160 per week. Since it gives me a TT of ~1000 it should be more than enough to get benefits over the natural and retain size and leanness easier. Should also cause less issues than 200.

Last time I cruised on 150mg TU my lowest weight was 212 in pounds and/or 96kg. I was possibly legit 10-12% based on my diary that I write when I cruise. It would be naive for me to hope and get much leaner or lighter than this. As it won't be sustainable long term. Sadly at that time I didn't log my blood pressure.

Since this time I'm undecided whether it will be 160 or 200mg TU and since it's such a long ester with a half life of 3 weeks, I have time to think about it.

Thing is I have to detrain myself to some point to achieve less than 220lbs and work out minimally compared to my usual routine. I have to limit gym as stupid as this sounds, but it works or else my weight just creeps up and muscle memory kicks in (I have been at the point of being sub 250lbs at 15% body fat, so my body remembers it).

I love counting calories, diet and training, but I have to adjust more to my goals and perhaps switch more to body weight and limit weight training and of course adjust to lower calories. Summer season means more outside time so more pullups and dips and of course swimming!

My realistic expectations, on this TRT/cruise that I'm thinking of doing permanently is as I mentioned health is number 1 and looks is second. Time to avoid bullets instead of dodging them, blood pressure is the silent killer as my vision/eyesight slightly worsened over few years time. When I will downsize I will switch from lisinopril to telmisartan and try my best to keep blood pressure in the healthier range.

All in all, when all is said and done I expect my weight to be 212-216 pounds or 96-99kg. Lean and muscular, probably more athletic and healthier version of myself too. Time to take action.

Blood pressure is mostly in the 130's/70's zone. That's on lisinopril 20mg/day that I take nightly. With no meds it's 150's/80's.

Thinking about telmisartan in the future. Currently researching it seems to be superior choice for athletes and has many benefits like reducing hematocrit and helping body flush some extra unnecessary water. Sounds tempting to try.

Have you increased cardio and cialis daily?

Not yet. I feel run down after my work shift ends, I hit 15-20k steps daily and probably half of it are stairs. I'd say it's a cardio itself. I can't find energy to do cardio apart from walking and swimming until I get a better job which is not so soon. I'm thinking about taking cialis. I'm currently taking lisinopril 20mg/nightly. What are your recommendations like dosage, timing and etc?

You have any other physical hobbies like a sport or a cardio activity? Could be a great way to move your body without putting on mass and scratch the lifting itch. Running, hiking, soccer, martial arts, etc?

Respect for putting your health as a priority.

Hey man, I appreciate you in this thread if that's the right way to say it lol. I'm not a native English speaker so forgive me for making comments that sound awkward.

You gave me a good idea, I used to play badminton semi pro long before lifting. Even if it seems like a ping pong, but when you play with a trained person indoors it's intense game that makes you sweat like crazy. I'm too heavy for it, but hey I'm no slouch and I guess I can do it again.

Funny that you mention soccer (or football as we call it in Europe) it's an interesting game, I used to play it with friends. I'm not fast by I was decent goalkeeper, might try it too.

I appreciate and thank all guys coming in to this thread, this is awesome. I'm thankful for any suggestions. Our enhanced lifestyle brings many benefits but also risks, we need to learn to balance it out.

2.5 or 5 mg ed. I take in AM to get best effects throughout day: it does build up with consistant dosing a bit.

And though the impatient don't typically discover, the buildup to a stable level results in any initial sides fading, then disappearing altogether, while the advantages persist. There's early, but growing evidence long term Tadalafil is cardio and neuroprotective as well.

I'm making a few assumptions here, but I'm assuming that you have the kind of mind that you lock into something and go all in and are very dedicated to it. I'm assuming that you have been very dedicated to lifting and bodybuilding. If that's the case, it can be extremely difficult to dial back on the thing that you have put so much time and dedication into. I find if I can find something else to focus on, especially something physical in nature, that I really enjoy, can improve at, and do regularly it can help a lot when I'm trying to shift of behavior. Something that has me moving my body and gives my mind something to focus on.

I'm impressed with your self-awareness and deciding to make some changes. I'm rooting for you! Definitely you can find a better balance between health and physique/ strength training. Habits are hard to shift but it is possible.
