PHASE 1

Week 1-10:
250 mg/week sustanon + 400 mg week primobolan

Week 1-6:
30 mg day danabol

PHASE 2

Week 1-6:
350 mg week test p + 300 mg week parabolan + 150 mg week stanozolol injection

PHASE 3

Week 1-6:
500 mg week test c + 400
Mg week Mast E + 30 mg day oxandrolon.

N.B. : totally natural from September 2018.

Brands: hilma and balkan

any advice or criticism is well accepted

too long to write brother ... however in the phase 1, the goal is to regain muscle mass, so I will stay high in calories (600 gr cho, 180 gr protein, 80 gr fat), in the phase 2 I will switch to a first drying phase, then lower the calories of carbohydrates and fats and increase the protein to about 240 grams. in phase 3 the diet will be adjusted according to the condition reached, obviously the greatest draw is sought in phase 3.

the training is very instinctive, but in the first phase I will do short series with heavy weights, in phase 2 and 3 I will make “lighter” series adding also superset. there would be a lot to write but it's really too long ...

Thanks, I'm always interested in what guys are doing for diet ie how many calories and how they are divided up. For me, the gear and the training are easy, getting enough calories in is tough for me. And after my last cycle, decided I never want to see chicken breast again.

Is this a show prep?
 
I’m curious about the varying test dosages over short periods of time. I see P2 is prop but the P3 is cyp + mast E. Is that long enough to reach peak concentrations for sustained time? I would think you’d only have about 3 weeks.
 
Some comments pending your answer:
-If you’re changing test dosage that late, go to prop
-don’t succumb to the bro science of lighter weights during a shred, keep training heavy. Supersets are fine, but they shouldnt be “light.” If anything just reduce rest times.
-mast e isn’t in long enough; switch to p
-what’s your weight/height/bf%?

the diet is easy when I have to dry, I am an ectomorph and I have a very fast metabolism, I never get under 350 gr / day cho, in the most extreme phases of cutting. my problem is gaining weight ... so getting a right mass diet, especially being able to eat all the calories needed for growth.

I can write an example of a typical day of my diet (phase 2)

BREAKFAST:
Shaker with
300 ml milk semi-skimmed without lactose, 1 caffè without sugar, 100 mg instant oats, 40 gr protein isolate (90%) .

SNACK:
100 gr whole grain bread
100 gr chicken breast, steamed
1 tomato

LUNCH
100 gr basmati rice
250 gr egg white
18 gr extra virgin olive oil
1 carrot

SNACK (2 hours before Wo)
The same of the previously snack

SNACK (POST WO)
Shaker with
300 ml water
40 gr isolate protein (90%)
40 gr dextrose
7 gr creatine

DINNER
100 gr basmati rice
300 gr fillet of cod or plaice steam cooked
1big portion of green salad
18 gr extra virgin olive oil
3 walnuts

————————————————
supplements taken during the day:
Omega 3
Multi vitamin
Vitamin C (1000 mg day)
NAC (1800 mg day)
ursodeoxycholic acid (300 mg day)

If running dbol, winny, and tren, not sure I'd include primo. Seems like a waste to run a very expensive clean compound in the face of all that. Plus it's only 10 weeks. Personally If rather save primo for an long clean quality cycle, run a higher dose and stay away from the more toxic compounds (or no primo and use a lot of the stuff you have).

You are also using some longer esters that ideally need more than 6 weeks. Mast E and Parabolan specifically. I'd want at least 8 to 10 weeks. Prop and acetate respectively IMO would be better

Not that it all wont work just doesn't seem ideal usage of various compounds

Dbol and primo was Arnold's favorite combo

Parabolan Primo Anavar/Winstrol it's a staple from very very old years lol contest prep kinda stack usually 80% of competitors use Primo and Tren together.

I totally missed this was contest prep. I thought it was a multi phase normal cycle. Primo is fine with all that.

I do still question the use of long vs short esters in some of the blocks though.

probably, phase 2 and phase 3 I will use the test p .... I would have liked to change with a slow ester to do less injections. last year I had used test prop until the end of the preparation and mast p (300 mg week ) during the phase 3. I had found myself well as results, but I was sick of doing too many injections ...

Regarding my measurements, honestly it's been months since I've been get on the scales. but I should be about 76/77 kg, 12/13% bf, height 174 cm (drug free from September 2017).
