I mean I know people that have cheated using it and from my understanding it makes fat the initial source of energy before tapping into glycogen
so kinda like using up all the shitty low octane in the bottom of the tank before getting to the high octane good stuff. So like the opposite of normal which seems like it would be very beneficial for long training days and very suboptimal for match play when you need to come out firing on all cylinders.
Dosage amount could be an issue but I’m going to go with 10mg 1 week and bump to 20mg for week 2 if necessary
Yeah I think you're right. Allows you to use fat as fuel more effectively. So is definitely glycogen preserving, helping you save high octane for when you need it.

I think "normally" the body still uses fat when the demands are not anaerobic in nature. What i'm trying to communicate is the body still tries to use fat if high octane is not needed.

I believe cardarine increases the intensity that body can use fat at without dipping into high octane sugar.

So from a fuel perspective, cardarine is awesome. Saving high octane longer, all else equal, during matches or training sessions.

But I think where the problem lies is training and creating adaptations in that aerobic / fat as fuel zone that take away from optimal fast twitch match performance.

I'm not doing a good job at articulating....but basically i dont think cuz you're taking cardarine you'll come out flat when you need high octane fuel, but rather, adaptations that occur if training in this state will be suboptimal for match performance

Update: energy has been more constant at let’s say 60% ALL day. Normally, I’m 110% during practice/training/events etc and 20% or dead the rest of the time. Lol

Lol unfortunately / fortunately, I would say that is a good sign it's working. That's actually what I like about it...more even and consistent energy...

Hey All,

This will be my log detailing efforts to remain quite strong, large, and with a good physique while I push to get faster cycling. As I've detailed other places in the forum, I'm not interested in min maxing. I want my cake, and to eat it too. AAS will be fairly moderate. Training will not be optimal towards cycling or lifting. Nutrition will not be optimal towards min maxing lifting or cycling; I do very low carb as it what works best for my day to day life and mental acuity, something that is important for me to keep high given my career.

This is my 48th day back on AAS after a 7 month break where I came off everything except GH to get my wife pregnant. Tried megadosing HCG and HMG for 6 months while on trt test and still did not have sperm count budge, so bit the bullet.

Here is my current stack. I have issue leaving room in a 1ml syringe every morning....and that's not up for debate, I've got to fill it with oil. I've toyed with the idea of lowering EQ, bumping up test and mast by 10mg a piece but we'll see. I'm open to changing what oil goes in the syringe though if anyone has suggestions / alterations to current ratio. The BBuilder in me is saying "10mgs of tren a won't hurt cardio much" but the angel on my shoulder is telling me that will wreck my chances of maintaining fertility even with HCG + HMG. Decisions decisions.

Training is 4x per week. push, pull, rest, lower, upper OR push, pull, rest, push, pull if my legs are gassed from a hard cycling week. 40 minute sessions.

Cycling is every day. Longer Z2 lower intensity or shorter higher intensity. What I do is based on feels, time and what seems more fun for the day.

Had what felt like a good ride this morning. In reality if any cyclists look at this they'll probably say it's dog shit, which is almost certainly true, lol.

How's everything going with your nonstim fat burner stack? I just got some slu-pp-332 but it's the micro dose stuff, I figure either return it and order the real deal from ssa or throw it in for the hell of it. I mean, I am not worried about it hurting me but I just suspect it might be pointless at that low dose

My boatload of SLUPP is having issues getting to me. Says it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t. So I’m just on 500mg 5Amino and like several mg of SLUPP via tablets. I blame the mailman. He looks leaner.
