Okay so I am currently working under a coach and I have been using peptides for a long time and I hope with this log you guys can see much progress and hopefully it can help some people out. I will also name my sources before anybody asks. It will be at the end of this post.
Right now I have some Jintropin by GenScis and I have Somastim which I'm going to fully switch to but since I'm traveling I am not able to go get it right now.
As far as peptides I use 100mcg of GHRP-2 and 100mcg of CJC w/o Dac before cardio first thing in the morning and sometimes first times 3-4hrs later or post-workout. It has helped me A LOT on my weight loss.
I have a torn labrum and bad knees and since I also do MMA I really need them not hurting lol. I have some BPC157 on the way which I'm going to use.
So my peptides list is:
CJC w/o dac (100mcg 1-2x a day...will be more in the future)
GHRP-2 (100mcg 1-2x a day...will be more in the future)
BPC157 (250mcg a day)
DES (75mcg pre-workout...this is SOMETIMES and only if I have the money)
GH (have NOT started using it):
Somastim (3iu-4iu/day)
Diet:
Keto but I do 20g of carbs before and another 20g post workout on my workout days.
Cardio:
1hr fasted first thing in the morning
Work:
12hrs a day :/
Diet type:
cutting (and have been for 7 months...doing it slow while recovery from my injuries).
Starting Weight:
0 (if I lose weight it'll go in the negative and if I gain it'll go into positive. Much easier to follow for people that do not want to read pages after pages of logs
Other drugs:
none. Just peptides and GH
