My Pre-Cycle BloodWork? First Cycle Compounds and Advice

Hi, I am 27 years old and am thinking of doing my first cycle (been working out naturally for 5 years). I am 6'3 and 230 right now cutting down to 210 (below or at 15% bf) so I won't have any excessive E2 problems and bloating. I will attach a copy of my pre cycle blood work from Quest below. I would appreciate any kind of advice both on the bloodwork and compounds and dosages. I was thinking of starting at 250mg/week of test for the first 4-6 weeks see how I feel any maybe increase the dose from there while monitoring E2. I was thinking maybe deca could be a option this cycle or next to help with e2 as I know that I am pretty prone to amortization and deca is good on the hair and joints, any test to deca ratio recommendations for a high aromatizing person?. I am on 1.2mg of finasteride and 3.2mg of oral minoxidil daily for my hair and 0.50mcg of t4 daily for my thyroid (I fucked up my thyroid when I was little). Thank you for your time!

Start with test only and gradually up the dosage untill e2 management is difficult. That's your test ceiling. Next cycle lower the test and maybe add an anabolic like nandrolone or boldenone. Go from there

Be careful if you plan on taking deca while on finasteride since it will be harsher on the hair. Deca 5ars into a less androgenic metabolite which would be prevented w finasteride

Excuse me if I am bit uneducated but does this means don't take fin cuz it converts ( 5ars) into a less androgenic metabolite wouldn't that be helpful when it comes to sustaining hair

Okay, and for someone who aromatizes more than average what type of AI and dosage would you recommend
Ai dosage base it on blood work, since you don’t have any experience on how you react to test yet get bloods mid cycle, include sensitive e2 to determine your levels if you need an ai.

Remember you don’t know if you aromatize heavily or not till you see the action numbers, don’t base it on side effects.

Nandralone will interact with 5ar to turn into a less androgenic metabolite (thus is generally considered "hair safe"); however, if you're taking a 5AR inhibitor like finasteride or dutasteride, this will not happen and it will stay in his pure form which is much more androgenic. So if you plan on taking deca, probably should get rid of the finasteride until the end of cycle and use something like RU58841 which is an anti-androgen instead to help mitigate the hair loss.

That being said, you'd be subjecting yourself to DHT without finasteride, but I guess it's the better of two evils.

Thank you man I really appreciate the explaining, definitely didn't know that before. Might have saved my future hairline so thank you!
