He just wrote, because I had a BOGO order and "accidentally" didn't receive half of the package, according to his claim, it was confiscated at customs, so there is no refund! Is that my fault? The package tracking does not even show that the package has reached Europe! $2280 is serious money for me guys....

Seems rather odd on such a large order it never left Europe and your on the hook for it.

I would avoid such large orders, the packages can be suspicious and stopped for a check; it is not a package that contains 10 multidose and 10 orals, here we are talking about hundreds and hundreds of products in a package

My package is 2.3 kg and costs 2280 dollars and measures 30*20*20 cm approx! It's not a big package, because there were many expensive but tiny products in it!
